[Chapter 16]

"Alright, let's talk."

Everyone sat up, eyeing Bang Chan, confusion clear on their faces at his sudden serious tone.

"About what..? Did something happen..? Did the boss send new orders..?" Jisung questioned, his heart racing with worry.

"No, no, everything's fine. Although, I'm having suspicions that an enemy gang has gained control of the hospitals. Just a mere hour ago, Kara flatlined." Bang Chan spoke, looking around the room as the boys faces grew dark.

"She's alright though, right?" Hyunjin asked, tilting his head, his eyes shining with worry.

"Yeah, she's alright. If Felix wasn't there, she wouldn't be. The nurses were delayed arriving at her room. This is dangerous. Especially if something happens to one of us or y/n. If we can't even trust the hospitals, we're really in deep shit." Bang Chan sighed, pinching the end of his nose in annoyance.

"Well, shouldn't we try and get her as quickly as possible then..?" Changbin said. "She trusts us enough as it is. Gabs could just invite her over, and bam, she's ours."

"Our only problem is her friend, Ji Woo. I'm starting to have suspicions about her. Why's she always with the members of BTS? Y/N would choose Ji Woo over us, which is going to be an issue." Bang Chan said, his tone annoyed.

"I doubt we'd be able to bring her to our side." Seungmin sighed, placing his head in his hands.

"I doubt they'll make a move until the next gala, though. After that, I think it's time we complete our goal." Bang Chan continued, the boys nodding in agreement.

"The gala is in two weeks, if I'm not mistaken. Maybe our girls could strike a deal with a group on BTS' side." Jeongin shrugged.

"That's what I'm thinking we do.. although, I'm not sure if Kara will be up by then." Bang Chan said sadly.

"If she's not, I'm sure Gabs can handle it on her own." Jisung said confidently.

"Alright. Well, you four have school tomorrow, so head to bed." Bang Chan said, clapping his hands together with a smile as he looked towards Jeongin, Seungmin, Jisung and Hyunjin.

Hyunjin groaned, but stood up either way and wandered off towards his room.

The others followed suite, and as time flew by, they all wandered off in separate directions, drifting off into their own slumber.

Y/N POV
As the sun arose over the horizon, I groaned, the sun blinding me through my slightly ajar curtains.

"Fuck- why didn't I close them last night.." I grumbled, sitting up and rubbing the sleep from my eyes.

I checked my phone. Seven o'clock.

I still had enough time to get ready, and have a quick coffee run before going to school.

I smiled to myself, jumping up and getting changed into a black long-sleeved tight tee with a red and black high waisted plaid skirt, tying my hair into a loose ponytail, before heading downstairs.

The silence filling the house made me uncomfortable.

"Guess Ji Woo is still with Taehyung.." I exclaimed with a sigh, placing a piece of bread in the toaster as I made my lunch.
