Chapter 10

~Y/N POV~

We're back to school after the Sports Festival. Mineta and Shinso had swapped classes, so Shinso was now in the hero course. Today, we're coming up with our hero names! I decided on Gaia, the Greek goddess of earth. She harbors all life and is basically the reason we exist, according to Greek mythology. Sho wasn't very creative when it came to his name, he just used Shoto. Bakugo originally wanted "King Explosion Murder" but eventually he settled on Dynamight.

"Ok, now, some of you have offers for your work studies. Remember, this is just for a week, but it's like a real job. You need to dedicate yourself..." Mr. Aizawa continued telling us about the work studies and stuff. I had two offers. Hawks and... ENDEAVOUR?! "You have two days to decide your internships. Now let me sleep." Aizawa finished his speech and laid down in his sleeping bag.

"Hey baby, who did you get?" Sho asked from behind me. He really seemed to like burying his face in my neck. "I got Hawks and Endeavor. I'm assuming that you are gonna go with Endeavor, since he's your father and all, right?" He sighed, "Yeah, the old man's gonna force me into it either way. Which one will you take?" I glanced at my paper again before speaking. "Well, I did do an internship with Hawks in middle school... and I did promise him that I would go to his agency again... so that's where I'll go! Also, I miss hanging out with that chicken." Shoto looked confused. "Chicken?" I chuckled, "A nickname me, Mirko, and Midnight came up with for him." "Well, Hawks and Endeavour sometimes work together, we might be able to see each other." He pointed out. "Huh, that's true. I think I saw him before on my previous internship."

~First day at Hawks' internship~

"HOLD UP! HOLD UP! HOLD UP! HOLD ON! HER SISTER WAS A WITCH,RIGHT?!" -Hawks

*Wheeze* -Y/N

"Pfft-" -Mirko

"AND WHAT WAS HER SISTER? A PRINCESS! THE WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST BRO" -Hawks

*Laughter* -Coworkers

*That one person choking to death* -Midnight

"I'm gonna stab him-" -Tokoyami

"YOU'RE GONNA LOOK AT ME AND YOU'RE GONNA TELL ME THAT I'M WRONG?! AM I WRONG?!" -Hawks

*Walks out and slams door*

(Omg I literally died writing this scene)

"H-hawks! Chill! Its not that big of a deal!" I say in between breaths. We had been discussing movies, when the conversation eventually came to this. "Oh shit. *light laughter* Oh god. *still catching breath* Is Hawks high again or something?" Mirko asked, still recovering her breath. "Again?!" I ask incredulously.

~Le Next Day~

We had spent the night at the agency, catching up and having fun before we got into any real work. Tokoyami and I were put to watch surveillance. It was tiring, considering that I only got around an hour sleep last night. I had promised Sho that I would take care of myself and get enough sleep. Around midday, Endeavor and Shoto came into the office. Oh shi- "Baby, are you ok? You look sick" Shoto asked, brushing hair out of my face. "BABY?! SHOTO WHO IS SHE?" Endeavour yelled in a mix of rage and confusion. "Endeavour, we can talk about this later, after work." Shoto calmly replied as if that were the most common thing ever, and kissed my forehead.

~After work, 'cause why not (Todo POV)~

Oh my god. I completely forgot that old man was there when I saw Y/N. As we entered my house, she looked even more scared than she was when she saw her real father. Once the door closed, Fuyumi came out of the living room. "Oh my gosh, Shoto! You brought a girl home! Hi, I'm Fuyumi, Shoto's older sister." Y/N seemed to relax a bit as the two continued to talk.
