Eklavya was impatient. He wanted to see his bride, his Aadhya. He tried to conceal his impatience with arrogance, but his grandparents - the people who had nurtured him, saw right through his facade. They smiled amongst themselves, even before coming into his life, Aadhya had already started changing Eklavya, maybe, for the better.

Even though Aadhya had shown in front of Ekanshi that she was fine with marrying Eklavya, she still wasn't. While getting dolled up, Aadhya's mind wandered off to various directions - whether Eklavya would actually give her a place in his life? Would he allow her to actually work after marriage? Would he understand her? Would she be able to hold up the Rathore's prestige? Why did Mrs. Rathore propose to her family just after she met her?

Ekanshi, just by one look at Aadhya's face, understood what was she feeling. It was the look which her face always held when she used to overthink, and she knew that Aadhya was doing just then. So she started diverting Aadhya's mind by gossiping to her about Vansh, her husband, which she obviously was an expert in, "So Aadhya you know, the other day, Vansh brought home a letter stating that he had got a promotion. He was so happy, and then we decided to celebrate, so we went to the restaurant to treat ourselves, and you know whom I saw there?", now Aadhya was interested. However, serious a woman might be, an interesting gossip never fails to get her attention. Seeing Aadhya being successfully diverted from her overthinking, Ekanshi continued - "there was Meera, and you whom she was with, Ravi! Huh, we always knew from school that Ravi would propose to Meera but it was he who had denied his 'crush' on her, and finally, they are a couple! You know, I swear, I even saw them kissing together." and then she started blushing, "and then I and Vansh also got affected by them and he pulled me closer by my waist and I crashed on his chest and then we starte-" Aadhya with an absolute bright red face interrupted her, "I get it, I get it. No need for more information."

Ekanshi started laughing loudly seeing Aadhya's face, and seeing her laughter even the beautician, who was doing Aadhya's makeup, started laughing. Aadhya made a face seeing people around her laughing at her, but secretly she thanked Ekanshi through her eyes, she had successfully brightened up her mood. And Ekanshi, like the best friend she was of her Aaru, understood that.

After about an hour of sitting constantly, Aadhya's bum started paining badly and she started getting impatient. Somehow, the beauticians completed their work. On being finally able to open her eyes, Aadhya was awestruck! The person smiling at her from the mirror looked beautiful and confident. She had a serene aura around her. Ekanshi wolf-whistled from behind Aadhya, making her blush "Eklavya's gonna go flat, girl! You're looking so beautiful, oh my god!"

Aadhya was brought down the stairs with the help of Ekanshi on her mother's notice. Aadhya finally started disliking her family now, her mother hadn't even come to see her, give her blessings. It was Ekanshi who had to put the kajal behind her ears. Aadhya however concealed her disappointment with a smile. Eklavya, on the other hand, widened his eyes upon looking at Aadhya. She was looking like a princess, his princess. The pink lehenga made her light skin tone look more bright giving a heavenly aura around her. She looked ethereal, with minimum makeup and light jewelry. She quietly came and was ushered behind him by her mother. He bent down to her height and quietly whispered in her ear, "You look heavenly, princess."

Aadhya never had thought that a girly color like pink could make a man look more handsome. She had her personal opinions about certain colors but seeing Eklavya in pink, had changed them. The pastel pink kurta made him look more manly and his overcoat matching her lehenga, made them look like a true couple. Ekanshi came forward carrying the rings on a silver plate.

Upon Instructions made by the priest, they were instructed to make each other wear the rings. Aadhya made Eklavya wear the ring with a bright red face and without even touching his fingers. Eklavya made Aadhya wear the ring and then lightly kissed her knuckles, making everyone present their gasp.

The Rajput Prince was finally, bending in front of someone.

For those who were wondering that why did she put kajal behind her ears - it's considered a tradition in India to prevent someone's bad eye to be put on the person. I STRICTLY DO NOT SUPPORT SUPERSTITIONS, IT IS JUST FOR THE STORYLINE!

And finally, they engage!
