Lucy sat on the broken stone table, tracing the designs on her healing potion with her finger. When she heard the upcoming Narnians from the battle, she ran up the walkway and saw the Narnians that were left over. Peter and Caspian were walking at the front, both obviously annoyed. "What happened?" Lucy asked with a sad expression. "Ask him," Peter said bitterly nodding to Caspian. "Peter," Susan said trying to calm him down. "Me?" Caspian repeated as he stopped walking. "You could've called it off. There was time." Peter came to a stop too. "No there wasn't, thanks to you." Peter spit at him. "If you had kept to the plan, those soldiers might still be alive." "And if you'd just stayed here like I suggested, they definitely would be!" Caspian yelled. "You called us remember?" Peter reminded him. "My first mistake." Caspian spit at him angrily. "No," Peter began walking away. "Your first mistake was thinking you could lead these people." "Hey!" Caspian yelled at Peter.

"I am not the one who abandoned Narnia." Caspian sneered. "You invaded Narnia." Peter started, pointing at Caspian. "You have no more right to lead than Miraz does." Caspian pushed past Peter and began to storm inside. "You, him, your father," Peter started making Caspian halt. "Narnia's better off without the lot of you." Caspian unsheathed his sword and pointed it at Peter, Peter doing the same. "Stop it!" Emma yelled limping up to them. Both boys looked at her. They dropped their swords when they saw that Trumpkin was still unconscious and Emma was still injured. Lucy ran up to her sister, pulling out her position. "No," Emma said shaking her head. "Him first." She nodded to Trumpkin. Emma's leg hurt her so badly she just fell to the ground, sitting with her leg stretched out. Lucy dropped to her knees and opened the potion. She let one drop fall into Trumpkin's mouth and closed it. Everyone waited anxiously until he woke up. Emma noticed that Caspian had walked into the cave, sheathing his sword.
