your pov:

i looked at the font as i rubbed my eyes, was i seeing things or did LOUIS PARTRIDGE just ask me out?!

"look i know you used to have an abusive ex and you may think i won't treat you right-"

his comment was interrupted by me leaping into his arms, i've never felt so much joy.

i felt his hands on my waist as he let out a small laugh.

i started sobbing maybe...

okay yes i did.

i was sobbing quietly and when i pulled away louis looked at me.

"OH NO" he said as he pulled a funny concerned face and pulled my head towards his shoulder as i giggled.

"is that a yes?" he whispered in my ear.

"YES YES YES" i said as i kissed the side of his cheek near his ear whilst we were hugging.

he was relieved when he heard me saying yes, but little did we realise we weren't the only ones in the room.

"OH MY GOD" millie shouted as she ran to the parents in the livingroom.

"i'm so happy you guys are officially a couple! louis, hurt y/n and i'll-" she gestured her hand to point at louis and then used her both hands as if she was about to break something in half with the use of her knee.

"yes sister!" she said as he pulled me into his chest as i hugged him.

"i would never treat y/n badly." he whispered as we saw the parents come in.

they gasped and ran to me and louis, giving us massive hugs and even kisses mostly from Mrs Partridge.

"you finally got together!" Mr Partridge said as everyone cheered.

the parents hugged us once more before leaving to go back to the kitchen to cook the food.

"well put the ring on then, we'll be matching!"
louis said as i grabbed the box and saw the ring, i took it out before louis snatched it out of my hand.

"hey!" i said, dragging the y.

"may i have your hand?" louis said in a deep, posh voice, making me laugh as he took his hand out in front of me.

i put my hand on top of his as he slid the ring on my ring finger.

"does it fit well?" he said, once again in a posh accent.

"shut up!" i said covering his mouth as i heard giggles.

"of course it does! how did you get my size!" i said in a bit of shock.

"i don't know, maybe i held your hand too many times and kind of knew?" he said as we both laughed and hugged once more before going to head to the kitchen for dinner.

we had a roast dinner, which i never tried, but was delicious.

i saw millie already had her airpods in and issie was already trying to figure out the puzzle i got her on the kitchen table.

we all ate as there was christmas music in the back, and chattering going on between the parents, as me and louis started talking.

"wanna go outside after dinner?"  louis asked as he intertwined my hand with his.

"sure!" i said as i took a sip out of my drink.

we finished off our food and louis told his parents that me and him were going to go to a park.

i thought we were just going to outside on the road to play with the snow but it was fine either way.

i slid on my puffer jacket before leaving the house with mine and louis' hands intertwined.

"where are you taking me sir partridge?" i said in a flirty voice as he immidiately changed red.

"perhaps.. a place you will find familiar..."

"oh?" i said, looking at him.

"oh yes my lady, yes" we giggled as we walked down a place i was familiar with.

we got to the park, which was near my house, maybe he was taking me home?

"are you taking me home?" i asked.

"of course not!" he said.

i laughed a bit as we came to the park where we have first met, where he spilled his hot chocolate over me.

"is this the park where we met?"

"duh!" he said as he led me to the exact spot where me and him bumped into eachother.

"here we are" louis said, sighing as he looked into my eyes

"if it weren't for me, we wouldn't be here right now" he said as he playfully pushed me.

"shut up! why were you in such a rush, partridge?"

"that's a good question..." he said, smirking a little bit.

"tell me louis!" i said as i tried to jump up to be the same height, but it failed.

"okay i was going to my exes house, but when i met you and took you home i broke up with her because i felt like you were the one"

"and i was the one... right?" i said.

"nope!" louis said playfully as i scoffed sarcastically and crossed my arms as i looked away from him.

he started laughing as he broke my arms and put his hands on my waist before kissing me passionately.

i put my hands on his sharp jawline as our kiss got more and more better by every second that passed.

it's like time froze, as soon as we kissed... his lips were so soft, and i felt his warm breath on me.

i've never felt more safe, i knew this was the man...

we pulled away, as we looked in the direction of the moon, that was shining up soon us, and we hugged as we swiftly moved from side to side...

"i'll always remember you as the boy who spilled his hot chocolate" i said as i saw a smile cross his face.

"and i'll always remember you as the girl i fell for the most, and that won't ever change.." louis whispered, making a smile grow on my face as well.

this man, was the one, the one i would cherish for life, the one that i fell for at first sight.

nothing beats this man... but my love for him? sure.. it does..............
