Chapter 7 ~ The plan

Madison's POV:

Slowly my eyes opened and adjusted to bright lights all around me, I looked around the room with bland walls, I didn't know where I was, I looked around panicked until my mum gently grabbed my shoulder and I calmed down "Mom?" she smiles "yeah honey it's me" I look around again and gather that I was in a hospital with the curtains and the uncomfortable bed I was lay in, then I saw Y/n sat in the chair beside me holding my hand, she looked peaceful when she slept with my jacket wrapped around her, I smiled but as I looked at our hands I saw that hers had bandages on before I looked back at my mom "she's been here all night, she didn't want to leave until you woke up just so she knew you were okay" I smile slightly at the kindness "wait so what happened?"

She sighs and frowns "you went on a date with a guy named Zack" I nod "yeah I remember that" she sits down and starts explaining everything that had happened the past night when tears started rolling down her face "but then Y/n saw you and when she saw Zack hit you she lost it and basically beat the shit out of him" she says laughing softly as I giggle with her "I don't want to think what would have happened if she didn't help you" her face falls again "hey it's okay, I'm okay now" I pull her into a hug and then I feel Y/n stir awake, my attention turns to her "I'll leave you two alone" my mom whispers "thanks Mom" she kisses my forehead and walks to the side of Y/n as she stands up Y/n is pulled into a hug "thank you for helping my daughter" she smiles as she hugs her back "of course Mrs Beer" my mom pulls back from the hug "please call me Tracie" I smile as I watch both of them "okay Tracie, I just wanted to say I'm sorry we had to meet like this" she shakes her head "its fine, honestly it could have been a lot worse" she leaves the room.

Y/n's POV:

I look down at Madison and smile softly "I love your Mom" I say with a laugh "I think she loves you more than she loves me" I shake my head "nah I just made a good impression... Probably not that great since I met both your parents in my bra" I say chuckling as she giggles "now you have my jacket though" I glance at the jacket "omg do you want it back?" she smirks but shakes her head "no, it looks good on you. Keep it" she smiles "it smells like you" I say as I take her hand in mine again "that a good thing or bad?" I shake my head "nah you stink" she gapes playfully "I'm joking, you smell amazing. Like vanilla" she smiles "my favourite sent" I add, she bites her lip while smiling, god why was that actually so adorable? I look down at her lips for a second and then back up to her beautiful hazel eyes as she does the same, I gently lean in before shaking my head and moving away "sorry I-" I watch her shake her head "no don't apologise, I did the same" I smile and lean into her again this time neither of us pull away and she wraps her arms around my neck as our lips connect softly move in sync, I let out a shaky breath in the kiss as she continues it, then I hear a door open but I'm so caught up in this beautiful woman and this amazing kiss that I didn't care all I hear is a small squeal and then I pull away from her to see Anna stood there.

"Omg Anna I'm so sorry" she looks at me with an un-readable expression "why the fuck are you apologising, this was my plan all along. I mean I didn't want her to end up in the hospital but why do you think I wanted to make her so jealous?" my mouth drops open "you wanted us to get together?" she smiles and nods "duhh! It was obvious you liked each other, I've got to admit I did have a crush on you but we both know we are more like sisters" I look at Madison in shock and she has the same expression "wait so you don't hate me?" she asks, Anna shakes her head laughing "no! It was all an act so eventually you would get together" we all burst out into laughter "you're so sneaky boon" she shrugs "at least you've got a beautiful girlfriend now though" I smile as I look at Madison "I never actually asked you" she looks up at me "It's a little soon but will you be my girlfriend, Madison?" She nods happily "I would love to Y/n/n" I smile and hug her softly as Anna says, "okay I'll leave you two love birds to it" she says almost leaving the room before I race after her "thank you Anna" she smiles and hugs me "no problem, just remember that you can't kiss me now" she says jokingly, I roll my eyes "dork" she laughs "simp" is her only response before leaving the room. I shake my head walking back to Madison. "So you're a simp now?" She says teasingly "don't you start" I roll my eyes but then I whisper, "only for you babe" she blushes at the name and then takes my hand in hers gently running her thumb over my knuckles "kind of hot you got in a fight for me" I laugh at the comment "what were you thinking getting with that dick anyway?" She looks up to my eyes "I was jealous that Anna got you and not me, so I wanted to get with that guy to make you jealous, but instead it went downhill" she looks down frowning as I tilt her chin up to me "look on the brightside, we got together because of it" she smiles, I place a kiss on the tip of her nose watching as she scrunches it afterwards.
