Betty

I followed Jughead through the woods for over an hour at a slow walk. Every step I took was painful but he was right, it was slowly getting better. He was beautiful; his fur was shiny and soft, his ocean blue eyes stared into my soul but his demeanour was so kind and gentle. He walked beside me and waited for me when I fell a little bit behind. I don't know what it was but it was like gravity was pulling me towards him, my brain trusted him and my heart longed for him. About an hour later we made our way into a clearing, in the center was a mansion that was surrounded by massive gardens and several outbuildings. Outside there were people mulling about. I stopped walking and Jughead looked back at me.

J - Nobody is going to hurt you baby.

That word, it brought butterflies to my stomach and melted my heart. I don't even know him yet I am here just ready to throw myself at him, it felt so right. Jughead looked towards the building again and I noticed Toni running out with clothes in her hands. As she approached she split the clothes into two piles and set them on the ground by separate trees before looking at me with a smile. "You look beautiful Betty," she said before she turned around and headed back for the house. I stood there for a moment, unsure of what to do before Jughead walked over to a tree with clothes by it and disappeared behind it.

A moment later he reappeared, fully dressed and began walking towards me. I couldn't believe my eyes, he was the most beautiful boy I had ever seen. His jet black hair matched that of his wolf and his blue eyes hadn't changed a bit. When he reached me he brought his hand up and softly caressed my cheek, I leaned into his touch and closed my eyes, loving the feeling of his presence.

"Ok now you need to shift back," he said, "just relax". I opened my eyes to look at him before he walked over to the tree with the other set of clothes. Without hesitation I followed him; "Lay down," I followed his instructions and lied down right next to the tree, hiding myself from the clearing. He sat down next to me and put my head in his lap, petting me. I immediately began to calm down as he softly whispered sweet nothings into my ears. He continued for a few minutes before I was totally relaxed, he then spoke in a soft tone, "picture your human form, remember how it feels, make yourself feel it".

In my head I tried to feel the wind through my hair, the all too familiar feeling of my dirty clothes against my skin. I didn't think it was working until I felt a searing pain rip through my body once more. He kept trying to keep me calm as I whimpered in pain, telling me it was going to be ok and that it would be over soon. About 30 seconds later the majority of the pain subsided and I felt the cool breeze on what I was sure was my bare skin. Then it hit me, I was naked.

Immediately embarrassed I looked at myself to find that I was indeed without clothing. While I curled into myself to cover up I looked up at Jughead to see how much he saw. My head was still in his lap with his hand in my hair but I noticed that he was looking the other direction with his eyes closed. I smiled to myself while I sat up and reached for the clothes that Toni had laid on the ground, putting them on as fast as I could while trying to ignore the ache that seemed to fill my entire body.

"You can look now," I said as I watched Jughead turn his head and smile at me. "You're beautiful," was the first thing he said to me, I could feel the slight blush that crept across my cheeks as I looked down to avoid his gaze. "How do you feel?" came the next question; "a little sore," I replied, looking back up at him and staring into those beautiful blue eyes. "It will be like that the first few times you shift, it will get better," I simply nodded and watched as he stood up, taking my hand and carefully pulling me with him. "I'm going to take you inside now and you can meet my dad, he is the Alpha," he said almost as if I should know what that means. "Alpha?" I asked while I slowly trodded beside him, his hand still clasped in mine. "You didn't know you were a werewolf did you?" I shook my head in response as I followed him up the hill to the giant double doors.
