Arc 10 - Kidnapped!

"All's clear with your scan Sir Elphias. Your headache from a few days ago must be because of the clots movements on the blood stream. I presume some of your memories came back as well?"

"Yes, bit by bit." I told the doctor. Nicks hand felt big on my shoulders - squeezing.

"Okay. Here's your prescription. Nothing much. Just painkillers if you experience anymore headaches. And for your heat,"

"It's okay. I got my suppressants with me." I cut him off.

"Okay then."

"Thank you doctor." I said to him.

We walked out of the hospital with a light feeling knowing I'm back to my healthy self already. "Umn, Nick?"

"Yes?"

"Thank you."

"Hm? For what?"

"Everything. I know I bring nothing to this relationship but worry and trouble but..."

"Shhhh. Don't be like that. You are enough." He hugged me right there and then. "All the material things in this can't compare to what you are mean to me. Please know that nothing and NO ONE could ever replace you in my heart." He whispered to my ear.

I felt my face grew hot. Blushing. Really this man. Sometimes I really can't believe this is for real. My lonely self for this past years seems like a blur when I'm with him. My trauma all gone every time he hugged me like this. His scent threw my worries away as if it never happened. This bliss...

The day after, my friends from school talked about going to this new cafe located at the back of the school over the phone.

"Yeah, it's a cafe but they got this PS5 corner where you could play all day if you're a member and all day free snacks if you avail it." Gregory said enthusiastically.

"Wow! That's too good to be true Greg." Terran said while sipping his juice.

"Yeah, but it's true. Some guys from next door already been on it. They said it's fun! Let's go there this afternoon."

"Fine. But your buying." I said to Gregory.

"What! Fine, fine! As long as you guys are with me." He gave up and we laughed at that.

Afternoon came, I already contacted Nick who was at work that I'll hang out with my friends in a cafe at the back of the school. He said that it's okay as long as Marian and Sinna were with me. And so they are.

We were walking along the sidewalk with them following us behind on a car. I told my friends to ignore them like air and they won't bother us while we were there.

We entered the cafe, it was amazing with all the new sets of playstations and mangas. They got MANGA - rows and rows of it! They also got anime action figures decorating along the walls and scaled models of famous Marvels and DC characters. The ambiance if of that a typical cafe but in the eyes of an otaku like Gregory- this must be paradise.

"Greg, you're drooling!" I exclaimed behind him.

"Huh? What? Wha..." he said wiping his face.

In there we spent 2 hours at most, when I felt the need for a leak. I was going back to my friends when I was suddenly grabbed from behind by two guys and a third one grabbed my face with a handkerchief with a stink on it. I felt darkness overcome me. I don't know what that stink was but I know it's an extremely angry alphan scent. They knew I was an omega!
