The biggest smile in the world appears on Amy's lips. "You are so in love with him already!" she says, her voice a little too loud. For the second time that afternoon a couple of people in the cafe turn around and look at the two girls, some of them curious about the conversation that is going on while others are bothered by the loud talking. "Amy shut up! I don't love him!" Fai growls. "After telling me all this, how can you still deny it? It's so obvious that he is making you feel things." Amy says, happily clapping her hands. "Good things." she adds before Fai can say anything bad about her senior again. "I can see the look in your eyes changing whenever you start talking about him."

Fai just rolls her eyes; she does not know what to say. Because no matter what she will tell her friend, she will not listen. To avoid any further conversation Fai grabs her cup of coffee -which is finally drinkable- and takes her first real sip. "Wow, this coffee tastes really good." she says, taking another sip of her warm drink. "I never knew the coffee from this place was so good, how did you found out about this place?" "Ya! Don't change the subject, we were still talking about your love life and I will not tell you anything before you told me the whole story." Amy crosses her arms, looking at her friend with narrow eyes. Fai sighs and puts her coffee cup back on the table. "Okay, I will tell you reason number six. But that will be the last!" Fai says. She hoped Amy would have stopped asking about it by now, it won't take long and she will not be able to find any more reasons. Because no matter how much she hates the seniors, it is hard to actually list all the things that annoy her. "We all know you'll end up telling me the whole story, but if you like to think that way then go-ahead sweetie." Amy smiles before drinking some of her coffee. "Sometimes you are really annoying, do you even know that?" Fai slightly shakes her head. "We all know you love me." Amy winks, signing her friend she has to continue the story.
"Okay, reason six of my list is: he owns the most ridiculous school bag ever."

A frown appears on Amy's face. "What is that for a weird reason? Does it even make sense? How can his school bag be a reason for disliking him?" There is this big error going on in Amy's mind right now, she cannot connect Fai her reason to the rest of the story. "That is even more rubbish than the first reason you gave me!"

"Wait until you hear the rest of the story, there is a connection!" Fai says, trying to stand up for herself. "As if you can make a logic story out of that." Amy huffs. "Excuse me ma'am, you are the one who wants to hear the rest of the story, I would love to shut up, but you force me to tell you more." Fai crosses her arms and puts them on the table. "Okay, okay." Amy innocently raises her arms in the air. "I'll shut up and let you do the talking."
A satisfied smile appears on Fai's lips. "Okay, so his schoolbag is not just a regular backpack, no it's a fanny-pack."

Fai is walking through the hallway, on her way to some quiet place where she can spend her free hour. "I should ask Frong when his last class ends, maybe he can take me home with him." The brunette mumbles while she grabs her phone out of her bag. She unlocks the things and goes to the chatroom with her older brother to ask him when he finishes school today. "I hope I don't have to take the bus today, it's always so crowded on Fridays." Fai sends the messages and puts her phone away. "Maybe I should get my driver's license and buy a car so that I can be a bit more independent." the girl sighs deep. Her older brother is really sweet and always takes care of her, but even though they go to the same university he barely takes her or picks her up. "I should really go find a place to study before my free hour is over." She then mumbles

From out of nowhere someone grabs Fai her wrist, pulling her with him. "Oi!" the brunette looks up at the rude person who is pulling her. "P'King?" she asks in disbelief, trying to free herself from his grip the moment she sees it is him. On the other hand, she is not surprised at all that it is him, ever since the first time he started talking to her he has been bothering her. "Let go of me!" Fai growls, still trying to release her wrist. "Where are you taking me?" she then asks, but unlike the other times King doesn't answer any of her questions or remarks. A couple of minutes later they enter a small room which is used as a tutoring room. "What are we doing here?" she asks, not fully understanding why he brought her here. "You needed a quiet place to study, this is a quiet place where you can study." King answers, closing the door behind them. "No, we are not allowed to sit here. This is only for tutoring, you are only allowed to sit here with a teacher or senior who is competent to tutor others." Fai says. She wants to turn around so she can leave the room, but King grabs her wrist again and puts her down on one of the chairs. "Well, you are really lucky today because I am here." King spreads his arms, an arrogant smile on his face. Fai stays silent for a bit, not really knowing why that is such good news. "Hello, I'm a senior? The best of my year, might I add." he explains, sitting down next to Fai. "You are good at studying?" Fai furrows her eyebrows; she really can't take this clown seriously. He is wasting her time, once again. "Why does it surprise you so much?" King asks while running a hand through his dark hair. "Because you look... Uhm, kind of stupid?" Fai mumbles, her cheeks softly turning red. Actually saying it is different from just having the thoughts.

A little scoff leaves King his mouth. "I never thought you would judge someone by his appearance." he crosses his arms. Fai looks away, she puts her school bag on the table and opens it. "You're the top student of your class, yet you are at such a level where you judge books by its covers. I have to say, I'm slightly disappointed." King says, kicking his leg over the other. Fai her mouth drops a little when she hears the word 'disappointed'. She hates it to disappoint people, no matter who it is. She has always been the perfect student, the perfect daughter, sister, friend. Never ever did she disappoint someone before yet here is some arrogant senior who thinks he has the right to be disappointed by her.

"It's not like you ever showed me your skills. The only things I know you for is that you are always asking those stupid, annoying, obvious questions." Fai growls, a little pout on her lips. "There is no such thing as a stupid question miss Fai." King grins at seeing the annoyance in Fai her eyes. "Let me prove to you how smart I actually am. What subject are you struggling with? I will help you." King lets his bag slide off his shoulder before he puts it on the table in front of him.
When Fai sees the little white and black fanny-pack she can't help but laugh. "Is that your school bag?" she asks, not able to hide her laugh. "What's wrong with my bag?" King asks, not understanding why she is laughing. "You've got to be kidding me, how do you even put books in there?" Fai asks.

"Why would I need books? The only thing I need is a pencil. Why would I take a whole damn bag just for one pencil?" he raises an eyebrow. If there is one thing King hates then it is to take unnecessary stuff with him, he doesn't need any books and if he needs a laptop or anything his friends will lend it to him. Why bother and take a heavy bag when a small one like this is enough. "You can't be serious about that." Fai says, her laugh disappears and makes space for a more shocked look. "I am, now tell me about the subject you're struggling with." King pulls the book from Fai's hands and takes a good look. "It's really hard, I do-" "Oh I followed this one in my first year as well, wait it's really easy once you know how it works." King unzips his bag and grabs a pencil. "Do you have a paper? Then I can show you how easy it actually is." his eyes meet those of Fai again. The brunette still looks quite shocked. "What is it?" he asks, a soft smile on his lips.
Fai blinks a couple of times and then shakes her head. "N-nothing..."
