In the middle of her story Fai gets disturbed by her phone vibrating a couple of times. The brunette grabs the thing to look at the messages she just received. Her brown eyes are scanning the little texts, a total of five, all from the same person. "Amy..." the brunette looks up with a serious look in her eyes. "What? What happened? Is it your mom?" the dark-haired looks around, a little panicked because she has no idea what is going on. "No, my mom is fine." Fai says, she unlocks her phone and sends a quick reply to the messages before putting her phone away. "I almost forgot, but I have an appointment at five today. I know I promised to spend the rest of the afternoon with you, but I have to leave a little earlier." Fai says, not giving many details to the situation. "I seriously thought something bad happened." Amy puts a hand on her heart, a sigh of relief leaves her lips. "I'm glad everything is fine. And of course, I do not mind that you have another appointment. But you see it is still early, we have plenty of time left. You can tell me another reason in the meantime, right?" Amy looks at her friend with the biggest puppy eyes she has. "Besides, you still didn't finish your coffee. We don't want to waste something this delicious." Amy wiggles with her eyebrows, fishing for yet another part of the story. "You're just going to make me tell you everything there is to say, like the whole story up to today." Fai grabs her cup of coffee and takes a sip. "Of course! You are a great storyteller you know." Amy laughs, enjoying it a little too much. "But if you have an appointment later today you better hurry and tell me some more." she adds. "What happened after you hugged him?" the dark-haired asks, she cannot hide the grin on her face. "Nothing much, he comforted me, we stayed like that for a while and went back to sleep." Fai answers, avoiding eye contact with her friend once again. "Something tells me you guys didn't just fall asleep. Wait, did you fall asleep in his arms?" Fai cannot believe her friend guessed it right away, how did she know? "Amy you start to creep me out, how did you know that?" the brunette squints her eyes, looking at her friend with a suspicious look. "Even though your mouth didn't tell me everything, your eyes told me the whole story." Amy smirks. "I'll just close my eyes from now on." Fai says closing her eyes for real. "Okay, I will tell you the next reason. We better hurry, there won't be a lot left to tell so I think I can finish before we have to part today." Fai opens her eyes again, it is way nicer to look at her friend while she is talking. "Now, where were we?" The brunette asks. "Reason number six." Amy answers, helping her friend remember where she left off. "Oh yeah, you're right." Fai runs a hand through her hair. "Mmmh, I think another reason why I like him is that he really cares about me."

Fai scans through the article on her laptop before writing some things down in her notebook. "Let me see, what else do I need to find?" she clamps the pen between her teeth before searching for some other stuff on her laptop, scrolling through the many search results that appear. "How could I forget the name of those plants; I need them to make this gift special." Fai mumbles, trying yet another search term. Her whole plan will be destroyed if she cannot find the favorite flowers of her mom. Of course, she could ask her mom, but that will ruin the whole surprise. Thereby, Fai is the worst liar ever. Her mom will know what is going on if she asks about it. "If only I knew what they were called." she mumbles, looking at the picture of the beautiful white flowers she had printed earlier that day. "I should first focus on the other parts of the present, maybe I will remember the name later on." the brunette clicks in another tab on her browser, but she cannot bring herself to go search for something else. "Why can't I remember that goddamn name." she growls, frustrated that she does not remember the name of those flowers. Fai closes her laptop and puts her head on the table, she is not in the mood to do anything at this moment and her concentration seemed to have disappeared earlier today as well.

When Fai looks up again, she sees P'King coming over to her. "Hey, why are you sitting here all alone looking like you just dropped your sandwich on the ground." King sits down next to the brunette, smiling softly. "What?" Fai cannot help but laugh after hearing his ridiculous comparison. "I did not look like that." she adds. "At least you're smiling again." King says, satisfied he got the girl to smile again.

"How are you doing? Have you had any nightmares since last time?" the older boy looks at Fai with a concerned look, she can feel he is being sincere. Fai shakes her head, a soft smile on her lips. "No, I didn't have any. Don't worry P'King, it was just a bad dream." Fai answers, focusing on the notebook in front of her. "Of course I am worried, you were all shaky that night. It must have been a really bad nightmare, but I am happy you're doing fine right now." without thinking about it King puts his arm around Fai her shoulder, pulling her closer. "What were you doing?" he asks, aiming at the notebook Fai is holding. "Nothing much, I was trying to find these flowers as a surprise for my mother, but I forgot the name of the flowers and I don't know where to find them." Fai shows the older boy the picture of the white flowers she has been trying to find all afternoon. King takes the picture out of her hands and takes a closer look. "These are originally from Jamaica, a lot of people call these flowers Lady of the Night because the flowers are extremely fragrant after it turns dark." King says, recognizing the flowers in the picture. "Why don't you try to search for brunfelsia jamaicensis, that is what the flower is originally called." King points at Fai her laptop, telling her she needs to look it up on the internet. Fai grabs her laptop and opens the thing, searching for the name the older boy told her just now. "Oh my gosh." the brunette her mouth drops when she sees thousands of pictures of her mom's favorite flower appear on the screen. "Thank you so much King, you are a genius!" Fai pulls the dark-haired in a tight hug, she does not care if anyone sees them together like this, she is just very happy he helped her find what she has been searching for. "No problem." King smiles. "I also happen to know a store not far from here that sells them, I can show you someday. Or at least send you the address." King suggests grabbing his phone to send her a message right away. Fai stops the older one from what he is doing, a bright smile on her face. "I would like it if you take me there someday, how about tomorrow after school? My classes finish early, and I happen to know that yours do too." she says surprising King that she even knows his schedule. "Tomorrow sounds good." he then smiles. "I'll pick you up after you finished your last class." King stands up again. "I have to go, don't want to be late for class." He says making the younger one nod. "Thank you for helping me." Fai says, her voice soft. "See you tomorrow."
