Teenagers scare the living shit out of me.

After being at Hogwarts for nearly 3 months, it was Christmas break, and the students were allowed to go home to their families. Atlas and Eris packed a bag for the trip, sad to leave a place they loved so dearly but excited to see Remus.
"You almost ready?" Atlas asked Eris, who was hastily stuffing bits of clothing in her bag, "this is why I told you to pack yesterday, and instead you stay up late."
"Well I'm sorry, Atty," Eris huffed, sitting on her suitcase trying to close, "I was trying to wrap your christmas present, I'm just terrible at it," she let out a sigh of relief once her suitcase finally shut, "ok, I'm ready."
The girls raced to the great hall and caught the last carriage leading to the train.
"Woah, those are some cool horses," Eris smiled, looking at the skinny black animals that pulled the carriages.
"What are you talking about?" Atlas raised an eyebrow, "there's nothing there."
"You mean you can't see the-" Eris stopped herself, deciding it wasn't worth it, "never mind. Are you excited to go home?" She changed the subject.
"I love it here, don't get me wrong, but I miss dad," Atlas sighed, she'd always been a daddy's girl.
"That's fair," Eris smiled, "here comes trouble."
She was correct, of course, as the Weasley twins slid onto the cart next to them, "ladies," Fred smiled.
"Boys," Eris said back, offering a sarcastic smile.
"Can we help you with anything?" Atlas smiled, one with a little more warmth then Eris's.
"Yes actually," George interrupted, "you two are giving us a run for our money."
"I'm not seeing a problem in that," Eris raised an eyebrow.
"The problem is that people are starting to think you might be better then us," Fred said, very matter-of-factually.
"Once again, no problem," Eris smiled innocently.
"You boys aren't scared of a little friendly competition, are you?" Atlas asked, batting her eyelashes at the boys.
"Us?" Fred asked, jumping to the point rather quickly.
"We're not scared," George added.
"Why would we be scared of you two?" Fred continued.
"You seemed exactly that a minute ago," Eris offered a fake smile to Fred, who returned it right back and looked to his brother, who he elbowed in the side when he wouldn't stop looking at Atlas.
"Why don't you two prove how not-scared you are?" Atlas looked to Eris, who gave her a nod of encouragement.
"What are you proposing?" George asked, "oh, you don't mean-"
"We do mean," Eris smiled, "hows a little prank war sound, boys?"
"Sounds wicked," Fred smiled
"See who can get one of the teachers the worst, first to get caught loses," Atlas said. It wasn't so much a question, as much as it was a statement.
"We'll see you on the battle ground, ladies."
"I'm just excited to give you my present," Eris smiled, once the girls had gotten on the train.
