You'll forgive me if I promise and do nothing but the same.
This is life until death, could be my last dying breath.
But this is love, love,
Shut up,
This is love.

"Eris!" a voice called from behind her. She turned around to see a boy with floppy, red hair running towards her.
"Fred," Eris rolled her eyes, not slowing down, "I've got places to be, it's the last day, what do you want?"
"Well if you'd slow down for 5 seconds I would tell you," he laughed, catching his breath and matching his pace to hers.
"I told you Freddie, I've got places to be," Eris explained, tapping her bag, "I've got books to return from me and Atlas, I've got to help Remus clean out his office, I'm supposed to meet Adrian in a bit and then I've got to help Snape clean the cauldrons. That's all before the train comes."
"Well I'll just tag along then, yeah?"
"Well what did you need from me, you had a purpose, didn't you?" Eris asked, turning in the direction of the library.
"Well me and George were trying to see you and Atlas before the train left, say goodbye and all that. He's such a sentimental," Fred laughed.
"Well it seems you've lost George," Eris chuckled to herself.
"Yeahhhhh... I think he got caught up with Atlas and ditched me," he laughed to himself, "so you're stuck with me 'til train time."
Eris sighed, "delightful, Freddie, just don't slow me down."
"Well I wouldn't dream of it, love," he winked at her, causing her to roll her eyes again. He was very good at making her do that.
They continued their bickering banter for quite a while before finally approaching the library, where a very bored Adrian Pucey was leaning on the wall to the side of the entrance.
"Eris, darling," he smiled at her as she approached, "Wealsey," he said, in a much less happy voice when he noticed her shadow.
"Pucey," Fred snarled back, an intense eye contact taking over the boys.
Adrian broke it to look at Eris, then back at Fred, then to Eris one more time before saying, "I think you'd better tell your friend to go."
"I think I'm fine here Pussy so actually-"
"Freddie, I'll catch up with you," Eris nodded at him, smiling softly, "I'll meet you at Remus's office in an hour?"
He looked at her, a bit taken aback, but he agreed, "want me to put those away for you?" Fred asked her, holding out his hand to take the books she was carrying. Eris handed him the books without another word and turned back to face Adrian, who was shooting daggers at the back of Fred's head as he walked away.
"So, what did you want to do with our last hour together?" Eris walked past him, to which he responded by smacking her on the ass and turning to follow her, which only made her flinch a little bit. He placed an arm on her back, directing her into an empty classroom.
Maybe it was the hope in Eris, but she was half expecting something romantic. Maybe some flowers, or a few candles where he would tell her he loved her and invite her to spend the summer in his mansion.
