Round 8
Entering a private jet filled with men slated for a destination of Miami, Florida for Janet's fiancé's bachelor party, Anthony takes a seat. Meanwhile, the women are taking a trip for her bachelorette party in a completely different country. As much as he needs to be focused on training, he also needs a break to relax and let some steam off.
Anthony watches as a member of the cabin crew hands Faisal a bottle of champagne that he pops. Anthony's glad his sister found someone who can not only take care of her, but they seem to genuinely share a true love. From getting to know Faisal over the years he comes off as a nice guy and they get along well.
Anthony, Faisal, Errol, Castillo, Leon, and Faisal's groomsmen are boarded for the flight and ready for take off. The usual speech is given and soon they're in the air.
"Two months until the wedding. You ready?" Anthony asks Faisal who sits across from him.
"Even if I'm not ready I have to be ready," Faisal laughs it off. He's been previously married and had no plans of remarrying after a nasty divorce, but then he met Janet.
"If you're getting cold feet you better say something now," one of Faisal's friends comments.
"No cold feet over here. Reality's just setting in. It's like it just hit me I'm about to get married even though I've spent nearly six figures on this wedding since it began being planned last year," he rubs his forehead as if stressed.
All the men who are married know exactly how he feels. You set a budget and the woman somehow finds a reason for why it needs to be stretched with each new purchase.
"Valore spent almost $50,000 on flowers. At that point, after being together almost ten years we should've just went down to the courthouse. Spending my babies college tuition on one day," Errol grumbles making everyone laugh.
"Marriage seems like prison if you ask me. I don't know how y'all do it. I'd rather die," Leon throws in. He's one of the few that's actually a bachelor along with Castillo.
