Celtyx stumbled through the apartment when she eyed the group in the kitchen.

"Aww, you don't even want a little nibble?" Kat asked as she held a fork to Cheyanne's mouth. "It's on the house!"

"No, thanks!" Cheyanne shouted. "I already ate before this."

Percy seated beside them when he spotted Celtyx. "Hey, you're back! Find anything on your search?"

"Yeah, I did. Lucy fought me but she winded up falling into the slums." Celtyx ran a hand through the back of her hair. "Ugh, I need help going back into the slums."

"I'll be willing to go with you, Celtyx." Percy smiled at her. "We can handle just about anything down there."

Cheyanne glared at him and slowly faced away from his gaze. Kat's eyes lit up while she stuffed the fork into her mouth. Lord X held his hands behind his head and kicked back on the table. He stared at the living room when a door creaked open.

"Oh, look who's finally up after all this time." Lord X chuckled.

Ace entered the kitchen. "I slept like a fucking log for the whole day." He yawned. "I guess Troy wasn't here to make noise."

Lord X nodded at him. "He's been out for a while so yeah." He glanced at the others. "Now that we're all present, who's going with Celtyx?"

"I'm going, my body has rested long enough in bed." Ace replied.

"I'll be going too!" Percy yelled. "Three of us should be good enough right?" He asked with a grin.

Celtyx opened the fridge and grabbed a pint of juice. She drank the pint with ease and sighed. The wound on her back caught their eyes when Kat gasped.

"Woah! Celtyx, you took a nasty blow from that Lucy!" She exclaimed. "Will you be fine heading back into the action?"

"I'll be fine, Kat. Now come on Ace and Percy, we got an angel to catch." Celtyx set the pint back and left the apartment. "I'll be in the hovercraft."

Ace followed her outside with Percy behind them. Kat suddenly jumped out of her seat and grabbed Percy's arm. She whispered into his ear and he exhaled deeply.

"Cheyanne, you have feelings for Percy don't ya?" Kat asked her.

Cheyanne's face grew flustered. "O-of course I don't! What he's done is unforgivable!"

"Oh, well good! Percy feels the same because a little girl named Celtyx Arcane stole his heart!" Kat giggled out loud.

Percy shook his head at her and left the apartment while Kat laughed. Cheyanne stared down at her hands and clenched them into fists. She bit her lips while wiggling her toes.

"If he communicated with me instead of putting me in the dark, then I'd be willing to accept him." She muttered to herself.

Kat leaned toward her. "Poor, Cheyanne. I can help you with dating if you want." She winked."I am a natural!"

Cheyanne soon folded her arms. "Nope, you're the last person I would ask for help when it comes to dating." She left the table. "I'm going to the bathroom to sulk alone." She stormed off from the kitchen.

"You know how to get under everyone's skin." Lord X snickered. "When will you push the wrong button on her?"

"I'd say at most today and at least by tomorrow." Kat responded while twirling in circles.

A phone rang and alerted them before Lord X retrieved his phone. He answered it as heavy breathing blared on the other end.

"X, I'm not coming back tonight." Troy said. "Let's just say something from my past is haunting me."
