My brother didn't want to wait anymore. He thought that it would be best to tell Satoni. The wedding was in three days and it was now or never. I was sitting on the couch waiting for Satoni to arrive. I sent him a text saying that I needed to talk to him. It seemed like he was shocked to see me text him. So, he called me just to confirm that I meant what I said. Roman was currently pacing back and forth and Vain was on his phone. I knew that they were both just as nervous as I was but they didn't want to show it. I placed my hand on my stomach and tried my best to occupy myself but there was nothing to distract me. When a knock sounded at the door I gasped. I was scared of what would happen now that he was here. I could see Vain smirk and I rolled my eyes. This was all just a big joke to him and I hated it. He loved making Satoni mad and Satoni fell right into his trap. My brother opened the door for him and Satoni walked in slowly. I frowned when I noticed that Mateo, Giovanni, and Kari were with him. I was happy to see Kari but at the same time, I was worried. Why were they all here? Why did he have to bring them with him? I looked at Kari and she shook her head slowly. I wanted to ask her why she was here but Satoni cut me off before I could say a word.
"I don't know what it is about you wanting to be around a Grey."
Vain chuckled, "aw damn. I thought that we were becoming good friends, Satoni."
Satoni looked at him in disgust, "you thought wrong."
I stood up quickly, "will you both stop. Look, I'm tired of this mafia bullshit. It makes no sense at all to fight with each other. Can't you just make an agreement and leave each other alone?"
Satoni stepped towards me, "it's not that simple. But what was simple was getting your medical record. You're pregnant and you have been for a while now."
"That's what I wanted to talk to you about." I looked down at my feet before looking back up at him. "I won't marry you. I don't have to and you will respect that. I didn't get pregnant on purpose either to escape you...it just happened."
He laughed, "oh trust me, I know. I was the one who hired that doctor to mess up your birth control. Although, it didn't work in my favor though." He looked at Vain slowly.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He was the one who messed with my birth control. But why? "Why would you do that?"
"It should be obvious, baby girl. I did it so that I could get you pregnant. It was simple enough and it would ensure that you stayed by my side."
Vain clapped his hands slowly, "smart." He stopped clapping and raised an eyebrow, "but not smart enough. I have to say though, your family really are proving to be monsters. What kind of man purposely tries to get a girl pregnant that doesn't want him?"
Satoni shrugged, "she wanted me when I kidnapped her. She wanted me so bad that I denied her and she got down on her knees and pleasured me willingly. She hated you, don't forget that Vain. You should know better than anyone to name call. Your devil of a father will kill her within a week. You know that and I do too."
