Chapter 26

*Jacobs POV*

"Jacob!" A chirpy voice exclaimed before I felt the familiar touch of Emily's arms grabbing me from behind and pulling me to face her.

Before I could say anything her lips crashed against mine, soft but passionate. I welcomed the sensation and kissed her back.

*Emily's POV*

Everything feels so perfect now, now that it's official.
As of last night Jacob and I are a couple a real couple.

Today we're meeting up again, were going to a secluded picnic area right near a river bank.

Amy so kindly offered to drive me as my parents were out of the question. No way are they ruining my relationship with Jacob.

Amy dropped me off at the trail which takes you down to the picnic area, it's about a 8 minute walk. A beautiful one too. The tree's and plants here have indescribable beauty. Jacob and I agreed to just meet down there by the river, so he might already be there. The thought of that made me unintentionally walk faster.

I strolled down the overgrown trail with anticipation. The birds were singing and the trees were swaying with delight in the light bursts of wind. The sky was deep blue and clear, not a cloud insight.
Everything was in its place.

I reached the bottom of the track and saw Jacob standing by the river bank skipping stones. I smiled.

He didn't seem to have heard me approach him so I exclaimed (with probably a bit to much excitement)

"Jacob!"

I strode up behind him with a new found confidence and spun him around so we were looking at each other.

He smirked, but before he could say anything I leaned up and put my lips against his.

At first he seemed surprised but once he realised what was happening, he kissed me back. hard. passionate. hot.

A tingling sensation ran up my whole body, an amazing feeling spread through me like it was the blood running though my veins.

A placed my hands on his head and lightly tugged on his hair.
He groaned from the gesture. I smirked.

He kissed me back harder now, like he was trying to soak up all of me, like I was the only person who existed in the whole world.He lifted me so my legs were around his waist. 

His tongue pressed against my lips and I opened my mouth and tilted my head with pleasure to welcome it.

We both seemed to have gotten carried away for a second, but he sadly pulled away when we heard voices coming from up the river. Probably some people canoeing. My whole body filled up with disappointment.

Neither of us glanced to see who it was though, we both stood completely still not breaking eye contact with each other.

We were both in awe of each other. I wanted more of him. I wanted ALL of him.
