The Last Shipgirls

Chapter 7

As Daniel was climbing a tree for a better view, he sees a lone jet flying towards the camp's location.

Grabbing his binoculars for a better view, he smiled as he looks down. "Don't worry she's family!"

Those who were preparing for battle stopped at his orders as the lone jet disappears before someone dives down to him.

"Dani!" The person squealed as she was caught in his arms!

"Enty it's been a while, how have you been?" He asked.

"It's hard for me cause a few days ago, I got sent to the Admiral's office where he told me that most of my family's gone!" Enty explains as she bursts into tears. "A and I'm not even sure if mom is still out there fighting as what rumors say that she's the last Shipgirl of Eagle Union as me and a few others are still training hard for the next battle against the Sirens!"

"Enty, you still have me, your step cousin, and I hope that the rumors are true cause if some things haven't died, they'll be able to come back and fight harder." Daniel said as he consoles his step cousin.

After tears stopped flowing from Enty's eyes, the two went down for a brief introduction to the group.

As soon as introductions were over he escorts her towards his tent where an eagle flew towards the Kansen in training. "Liberty!" She exclaimed as the eagle landed on her jacket arm before being petted.

"How I miss our pets." She said to him as she was given meat to feed the Bald Eagle.

Elsewhere:

"Time to play, but this time with the humans who are still on the coast!" Purifier said as she leads a fleet of Sirens ships under her control.

A few miles from the Sirens fleet, a lone shipgirl, noticed the moving enemy and stealthily follows them until she saw land.

"Whatever the Sirens are doing, they'll be getting resistance from some group at the coast." She said to herself as she looks at the small encampment until she came across a familiar face.

"Enty's alright but she's to deployed in a few weeks." She smiled as the Sirens stopped and began to fire their load of ammo before hearing a familiar laughter from a Siren.

"Enterprise, why are you still floating around, when you should be at the bottom of the sea?" The Siren said as the eyes of Enterprise began to glow.

"You monster! You killed my best friend!" Enterprise exclaimed as she shot arrow after arrow at the evading Siren.

Coastline:

"Get those guns ready to fire at the enemy, Enty get some planes up in the air now!" Daniel orders to the entire camp.

"Right!" They all said as they went to their respective position and began to keep the targets on their scope as Enty launches her planes to intercept the Siren Jets.

Near the coast, Enterprise noticed more jets were in the air and quickly calms down as she sees that they're not Siren made.

Noticing that the last Eagle Union Carrier was distracted, Purifier took the opportunity for a counter when a stray missile strikes her!

"What!" Purifier exclaims as she quickly recovers and continues the fight as both her and Enterprise neared beach.

Inside a tree in the coast, Daniel had a sniper rifle pointing at the confrontation.

"So the rumors are true." He said to himself as he shot a bullet at the unsuspecting Siren before collapsing onto the rigging of a shipgirl.

As soon as Purifier was hit and was about to land on her rigging, Enterprise fired off all of her AA's until the Siren was out.

Enterprise immediately sets her bow aside as she begins to punch the unconscious Siren one for Belfast, another for her husband, then two for her sisters and so on until she collapses due to battle fatigue.

Timeskip:

The battle was finally over and as soon they hit the beach, Daniel noticed two people on the beach, one was unconscious the other was pulp.

"We need a medic!" He signals to the group he was with.

Then medics then arrived and as instructed, grabbed the unconscious person and brings her towards the medical tent as Enty arrived.

"Cousin just came back from a quick scouting and there seems to be no reinforcements as I couldn't see any portals." She reported.

"Thanks for the report Cousin." He said to Enty as they returned to camp and celebrate the victory they got against the Sirens.

At the celebration, Daniel told everyone that even though they won the battle, they haven't won the war.
