Chapter 18

It has been hours and Jimin still didn't come. Chaeyoung let out a sigh and looks at the dark sky. It getting dark. She already eating and relax at the house at this time.

She took out her phone and still no message or text from him.

Maybe he was busy...

Then, she just remembers that Jisoo will come home late today. She took out her phone and calling her.

"Hello?" Jisoo answering.

"Hey, Unnie. Um...did you finish your scene?" Chae asks.

"Yes. I finish it early since I will have a day off starting tomorrow. Why?" She asks.

"Can you pick me up? I'm still at the company." Chae sigh.

"What!? Why you still there? Didn't Jimin pick you up!?" She asks.

"Let say...no. Can you?"

"Yeah. I will go pick you. I'm packing my stuff right now." She said.

"Thanks, Unnie," Chae responds.

"Anytime, chipmunk." Jisoo hangs up after that.

Chaeyoung let out a sigh again and close her eyes. It so cold and thank goodness, she has a coat with her.

After a while, someone honks their car causing Chaeyoung to flinch. She looks over and saw Jisoo's car in front of her.

She grabs her bag and rushes to get in. "Sorry if I bother you," Chaeyoung said.

"Nah~ You are not." Jisoo chuckles at her and starts to drives.

The ride was silent. Both of them thinking about their problem. Usually, they will be talking about random stuff.

Hoseok playing with Taewhan on his lap, Jennie, and Taehyung watching television, and Jin waiting for his wife to come home.

He keeps playing with his fingers in nervousness. Jiwoon sulking with him and keep himself in the bedroom and Yoongi playing with him.

"Hyung, Jiwoon already nod off." Yoongi appeared and sits beside him.

"Is he crying?" Jin asks.

"Just a little while but then we playing until he fell asleep." He answers while closing his eyes.

Jin let out a heavy sigh. Suddenly, someone rushing downstairs and grabbing his jacket. They saw Jimin who look rushing.

"Yo, dude, what's wrong?" Taehyung asks.

"I forgot to pick up Chaeyoung!!" He yells.

"WHAT!?" Jennie gets up harshly.

"I know it my fault!! I have to go now!!" Jimin runs towards the door but before he could open it-

"We're home!!" Chae's voice echo in the house. She walks in follow by Jisoo.

"C-Chae..." Jimin stammering.

"Chae!! Are you okay!?" Jennie rushes to her.

"I'm okay, why?" She asks innocently.

"You asking why!? Jimin left you behind!!! A lot of things can happen to you!!" Jennie scolds her.

"Excuse me. I forgot okay!! I didn't mean it!!" Jimin yells. He walks towards Chaeyoung and holds her hands. "I'm sorry, baby. Trust me!! I forgot!! I-"

"It okay, Jimin. I understand it. You have a busy schedule. Besides, I already got home safely." Chaeyoung smiling like nothing happened.

"You are pregnant, baby. I can't leave like this again." He sighs and kisses her forehead.

"You better be. Or not, I chop your head off!!" Jennie glares at him and sits on the couch back.

"Jen, your son is here. I think you will scare him off." Hoseok chuckles. Taewhan just sucking his finger.

"Let him see how to be fierce." She smirks and Taehyung just laughs.

Then, everyone remains silent when saw Jin walking to Jisoo. Jimin brings his wife behind by holding her arms.

"Jisoo..." Jin calling her gently.

"What?" She asks coldly.

"I...um..." He looks down.

Jisoo breaths out and ruffles his hair. "Don't do something like that ever again." She smiles. She knows he deserves a chance. Seeing Jin look down all the time is not fun.

"Really!? You forgive me!?" A big smile appeared on his face.

"I did but I don't know about Jiwoon." Jisoo chuckles.

"Don't worried. I will fix everything once he woke up tomorrow." Jin said.

She smiled and went upstairs to clean herself up. Chaeyoung kisses Jimin's cheek and walks away.

A little bit she knows, he follows her. She takes off her coat and puts down her bag.
"Baby," Jimin calls.

"Oh. I don't know you behind me." She chuckles. "Anyway, what is it?" She continues while taking off her socks.

"I feel bad for...leaving you." He breaths out. Chaeyoung turns her head to him. "I never did that to you. I..." Jimin laid on the bed and close his eyes with his arms.

"Jimin. I told you, it okay. No matter what, I'll always behind you. I will be with you from dusk till dawn." She caresses his hair and kisses her lips.

Without wasting his time, Jimin kisses her back. "Remember that I love you," Chae whispers and goes to the bathroom.

"I love you too," Jimin mutters while smiling.

"I KNOW YOU ARE SMILING RIGHT NOW AND SAYING 'I LOVE YOU TOO'!!!" She yells from the bathroom.

"You guess it right, love!!" Jimin yells back.

Chaeyoung feels her stomach getting hurt minute by minute. She accidentally groaning in pain. But, what weird is, Jimin didn't talk.

She turns around slowly and saw he's not there. Looks like he has work early. She almost forgets that they recording their music video. 

"Arghh..." Chae clutching her shirt tightly. The pain getting worse and worse.

"S-Someone!!!" She yells. "A-Ahh...Girls!!!" She uses all her energy to yell.

A second later, the door burst open reveals Jennie. She looks at her with worried. "What's wrong!?"

"M-My stomach, Jen..." Chae whimpering.

Jennie didn't waste her time and help her stand up.

Doctor Rei finish checking her up and sits on her chair. Jennie raises her eyebrows for her to continue.

"The baby is fine. But, I have something to ask. Did something happen? Because she stressing herself out and under too much pressure." Doctor Rei said.

"We...No. Nothing happened. I think...it must be her company." Jennie let out a sigh.

"If that so, please advise her not to stress herself. It can affect her pregnancy." She said. "I think...she needs to stay here- just half day. Is that fine with you? Or her husband?" She asks.

"I'm fine with it. But, I need to talk to her before talking to her husband." Jennie responds.

"If you say so, then okay. She can be discharged this afternoon." With that Doctor Rei bowed and left.

Jennie breaths out and push her hair back. "I think Chae wouldn't agree to tell Jimin about this."
