TRATS 2: Our Happy Ending

Chapter 24

As Jimin sleeps so peacefully, someone jumps on him causing him to wake up.

"Ahhh!!" He yells.

"Wake up my husband!! Your comeback release is today!!" Chaeyoung voice fills him up.

"Chae?" His sleepy voice and barely eyes open.

"Yes. Come on. Get up, big boy." She pulls him up.

Even Jimin is confused right now but he just obeys her. Since he just woke up and today is their release comeback.

She pushes him to the bathroom while handing him the towel.
"Go take a shower, hurry up okay?"

Without let him respond, the door slams closed in front of his face. Jimin blinks his eyes and shrugs his shoulder.

"Am I still dreaming?" He mutters.

After a few minutes, he finally has done. He went out to see Chaeyoung sitting on the bed with a set of clothes.

"Oh!! Finally!!" She stood up and hand the clothes. "This is your suit. You have the premiere of your comeback. Namjoon told me this is your theme."

Jimin awkwardly takes it without utter any words. He starts to wear it while Chaeyoung cleans the bed and something else.

After a while, she looks back and saw Jimin already done and trying to fix his tie. She smiles and goes to help him.

Jimin just stands there and lets her do it. But his eyes couldn't leave her.

"Did you having fun last night?" He finally spoke.

"No. Thank goodness, Jackson was there." Chae said.

"Jackson!?" Jimin frowns.

"Relax. He is already married and has a child. If he was not there...I think I will...bored to death." She sneers.

He just replies with a hum.

"I'm sorry about before, Jimin." Chaeyoung holding his hand and lifted her gaze.

Jimin didn't say anything but just stare at him.

"I'm sorry. I am. I didn't mean to do that. I just...scared if you worried about me and couldn't focus on your work." She said.

"I don't want to be a burden..."

It is silent. After a long silence, a pair of hands grab her face. "Who told you, you are a burden?" Jimin asks.

"H-Huh?"

"I never thought you are a burden. I don't know why you think that. I think you eat too much, causing you to think that." He makes a little joke.

It makes Chaeyoung chuckles. Then, she smiles softly at him and puts her forehead on his chest.

"I promise, I wouldn't hide anything again." She spoke.

"That was great, baby." Jimin hands stroking his hair with a happy smile. "I'm sorry too."

"Hm? Why?"

"I'm too...overreacted. I shouldn't act like an unmatured guy and didn't realize that his wife is pregnant." His hand rubbing her stomach.

Chaeyoung can't help but smile. She cupped his face and kiss the tips of his nose.

"No one fault, Jimin. I forgive you and you forgive me. Let forget about this." She said.

"Sure." He nods and leans closer to kiss her.

His warmth soft lips connect with hers. Their lips moving so perfectly as if they made for each other. Their heart beating so fast and make out session become hot.

Jimin hand reaches inside her top, warm hand causing her to relax. But-

Chaeyoung phone ringing.

"Ughh..." Jimin groaning in annoyance.

"Sorry, honey." She chuckles and picks up the phone call.

"Hello?" While Chae speaking, Jimin continues doing his work by slowly caressing her waist and kiss her neck.

"Good morning, President." Her assistant call.

"Good morning to you too. What's wrong, Celia?" Chae asks.

Celia is her assistant name this whole time. The author just forgot her name.

"President, you have a meeting this morning. Mr. Jeongin already here, waiting for you." Celia informs.

"What meeting again he held!? Ughh!!!" Chaeyoung angry tone makes Jimin stops whatever he doing right now.

"I don't know, President. But, the good news is, I already read the contract and I will give it to you." Celia says.

With that news, she sighs in relief. At least, there's good news.
"I will be there. Soon the meeting end, you will explain everything to me."

"Yes, President." She answers.

They hung up. Her husband staring at her with a soft gaze. "My CEO wife, don't stress yourself."

"That old man, I'm sure, I will fuck*ng bring him down." Chae blurt it out.

Jimin eyes are wide open. "Yah!! Don't swear!! It not good for the baby!!"

"I'm sorry!! I can't help it!!" Chae pouts.

"Looks like a badass Chae is come back, huh?" Jimin smirks at her.

She just shrugs her shoulder. Chae went to grab her coat.
"Baby, why don't you make Mr. Jeongin stop working with you?" Jimin asks.

"I can't. We have a contract. Which I NEVER agreed on it." Chae responds with fury.

"Then...why you didn't make him the one who quit?" He suggests. "I mean if you can."

"Wait. That makes sense." Chae mutters.

"You say something?" Jimin turns to her.

Chaeyoung looks at him and grins. "I love you so much!!!" She runs to him and kisses her cheeks before run out.

While Jimin standing there dumbfounded. "Did I say something?"

The door opens and Mr. Jeongin lifted his gaze and smile. He stood up and walks toward her.

"Good morning, Mrs. Park." He greets.

"Morning. I hope this meeting worth it because you just interrupted my sweet morning." Chae said in a cold tone.

He chuckles. "What sweet morning?  Didn't the CEO always busy?"

"For those who don't have a husband or wife or family, they might don't understand." She sneers.

"Chill, Mrs. Park. I just joking with you." Mr. Jeongin giggles and sits down.

But, Chaeyoung just stands there. "Can you hurry up?"

"Fine. Straight to the point. I will launch a new product." He spilled it out.

A new product?

"I'm sorry what?" Chae furrows her eyebrows as if she didn't expect it.

"A new product. So your product will stop for a while and replace mine. Then, the money, we will divide into two." He explains.

"H-Hold on. Why is my product being replaced?" She asks.

Knowing that Chaeyoung company product has a good seller and good feedback. No one can beat it. That's why he replaces it with his.

"No reasons." He smiles innocently.

He thought Chaeyoung wouldn't figure it out but he was wrong. She already figure it out a while ago.

Park Chaeyoung is not dumb, naive nor stupid. She is the CEO, a successful CEO who famous. Who can lie to her about business? This girl experiences a lot already.
