Note: if you haven't read the chapter before this one, know I'll be writing in first person from now on.

(Y/n)'s pov:

Loud voices and then ice cold water hitting my face.

That's what I woke up to.

I sat upright in bed with a loud gasp, "Fredrick Gideon Weasley and George Fabien Weasley! You two better run before I hex both your arses into next week!" I shouted as I swiftly got out of bed hearing the sound of two pairs of feet sprinting down the stairs.

Yes, I'm spending the summer at the Weasley's home, or more commonly known as the burrow, along with Harry and Hermione. It was quite wonderful actually, Molly definitely earned the spot for favourite Weasley on my ranking list with the youngest and only daughter, Ginny Weasley, making fair competition. The reason Fred and George didn't make the top two? Well I really do love the both of them, but they can get slightly annoying at times, but hey, the both of them are tied for third, for now, so they shouldn't be too disappointed.

Anyway...

I trudged out of the room I shared with both Ginny and Hermione grabbing a set of clean clothes on my way out. I arrived at the bathroom just as Ginny exited, the girl rubbing her hair dry with a towel, "Morning Gin, would you like me to braid your hair for you once it's dry?" I asked her, "That'd be great, thanks (y/n/n)." she said without looking up and I quickly slipped into the bathroom to get ready. I took a quick shower and washed my red hair, brushing my teeth right after. I dried my hair as much as I could with the towel and let it hang loose over my shoulders. Exiting the bathroom, I wore a pair of jean shorts and a red shirt. I quickly went and put my stuff away in the room before jogging down the stairs for breakfast.

"Morning everyone" I said once I entered the kitchen, seeing everyone already at the table, "Morning dear!", Molly said cheerfully from where she stood behind the stove. I went over to where the twins were sitting and sat down between them, pushing down harshly on their shoulders as I did so, earning groans from the two of them, "That is for throwing ice cold water on me." I stated before hitting both of them over the back of their heads. "That is for waking me up, when I clearly stated I wanted one of the girls to wake me up" I said, leaning across the table and ruffling Ron's hair. "And that Ron, is a praise for becoming my third favourite Weasley, sorry twins, you'll have to settle for fourth." I stated, earning dramatic gasps from the both of them. "Why weren't they first though?" Hermione asked from beside Ron."Well, Molly is my favourite Weasley, because she feeds me, Ginny's second, because she's like the little sister I never had and Ron just took the twins place as third, because they made the grave mistake of waking me up with ice water." I explained when suddenly Arthur cleared his throat. "And why am I not on that list?" the father of all these redheads, except me of course, asked. "Hmm, seems I'll have to bump the twins down to fifth...and I'll of course have to fit Charlie and Bill in somewhere..." I pondered. Fred opened his mouth to protest but got cut off by Molly placing the breakfast on the table.

It was now about four in the afternoon and I was sitting outside in the garden, Ginny seated infront of me as I made her hair into two French Braids. Just as I finished with the second one, Ron came up to us, "You guys up for a quick game of Quidditch?" he asked and my whole face lit up. This would be the first time the Weasley's would see me play, "I'm down!" I said jumping up and running into the house to fetch my Firebolt broomstick. Sirius had sent both me and Harry one at the end of the previous year.

I finally reached the room and quickly grabbed it before sprinting downstairs again and outside to the small makeshift Quidditch pitch that had been set up. "I'm here!" I exclaimed as I reached them. We quickly made the teams and I ended up playing a chaser. Hermione released the balls and I immediately dived for the quaffle, catching it before Harry could, who was playing chaser instead of seeker. I weaved past everyone, Ginny and I passing the quaffle back and forth before I finally got the chance to score. At the end of the game the team I was in won, thanks to Charlie, the second oldest Weasley son.

I was now heading back towards the house, noticing Fred fall into step beside me, "You're a pretty good player you know." he said with a grin."I suppose it helps a bit when you're friends with Victor Krum." I said with a wink, making him stop in his tracks. "Oh and my father was on the Quidditch team, so it's probably a genetic thing," I stated as he still stood frozen. "You know, if Ron found out you know Krum-" I cut him off, "Oh Merlin no, Ron will not find out, I'm not dealing with a fanboy." I stated before disappearing inside the house.

I was seated at the dinner table having a conversation with Ginny. After a while of us trying to guess what trouble Harry's going to get into this year, Arthur came into the kitchen with a very enthusiastic grin gracing his features, "Guess what kids! I got tickets to the Quidditch world cup!" he exclaimed and my face immediately broke into a large smile, the twins started cheering loudly as Ron started fanboying about Victor Krum.

In two days we'd be leaving for the match, and Merlin, was I excited!

~~~
The next two days flew by in a flash, and before I knew it I was being shaken awake by Ginny, as she rambled on about the match and how I need to hurry up and get ready or we'll be late, 'cause today we'll finally be leaving.
