After Seojun left, Miyoung went back home. She fell into her bed, tired. What a day. Will they all be so full of events? The day before was a roller coaster and this one was too. Jukyung lost Seojun's helmet (well, her brother sold it), she auditioned for the talent contest of the school, went to a blind date that ended up very bad, was save by Seojun and made it up with him. Too many things had already happened and she had been back for four days only. And she felt like it would not stop. Actually, she felt like it was just the beginning.

Miyoung finally stood up from her bed, changing into more comfortable clothes, and went to the kitchen. She prepared herself a bowl of instant noodles. Once it was done, she made herself comfortable on her leather sofa and switched on the tv. She watched a drama that was aired as she ate the delicious dish. After that, she did her homework. Fortunately, she didn't have many so she wouldn't sleep too late.

As she closed her notebook after finishing her English exercise (which was easy as she was fluent in the language. Thank you for living in London for almost a year), lied down on her bed. She went on Stargram, scrolling through her feed. She noticed that Jukyung had started to follow her the day before. Miyoung followed her friend back and liked her pictures. She decided to post one too at it had been quite a long time that she didn't post anything. She was on a break but still wanted to show her followers she was doing fine.

But as she posted the picture, a text popped up. Miyoung froze as her breath was caught in her throat. She stared a moment to what was written.

I know you're back. Can we meet?

She grabbed the fabric of her royal blue shirt where her heart was and tried to calm down. But her heart was racing and her breath shaky. She knew it would have happened sooner or later. Yet she was still terrified. He must have known her to return with the news of her being the new muse of IOPE cosmetics. She was scared he would find her but quickly remember that there was no chance to. He didn't know where she goes to school or where she lived. Besides, her apartment was in a secured neighbourhood. She was safe. She knew it yet she was still scared. Miyoung was glad her mother was still in the UK. But there was no way Miyoung would tell her about him. She would just freak out and she didn't want to worry her. She was finally happy, free of any fear. Miyoung will not let him destroy that.

Miyoung took a deep breath, trying to calm her down. She did multiple breathing exercises until her heart calm and the knot in her stomach disappeared. But now she had no will to sleep. His texts had pushed away any fatigue and tiredness. The problem, now, was that knowing her, she would rethink and rethink and rethink about him, all the bad memories she had and it would make her stress again. It was a vile circle. So she could stay home or she would think. She needed to not think. So Miyoung decided to go on a walk.

She took her phone and her keys, put on a jacket and shoes, and left. The sky was dark and the moon was high, shining above all the beings of Korea. The fresh breeze was brushing against her skin. The silence was easing, calming her. She walked, observing the surrounding. The streets were empty and the houses lighted. Everyone was either eating or watching TV or sleeping. Some were with their loved ones and others were alone.
