Gods POV
We see Izuku and Todoroki in the square ready to fight. "GO" screams Present Mic yells deafening everyone excluding our beloved Shouta Aizawa.
Once Present Mic yelled go Todoroki started by making a huge iceberg like he did to Sero which was SUPPOSED to freeze Izuku. Everyone stared at the iceberg once Todoroki was about to be announced the winner there was a big BOOM.
Izuku shot out of the iceberg kicking Todoroki in the stomach and out of bounds surprising everyone. Izuku was panting loudly he like as if his heart was pounding out of his chest. He felt like he just got hyperthermia. "Izuku wins" the R-rated hero Midnight says. The crowd goes crazy.
Timeskip to when they're giving out the medals
Tokoyami and Bakugou got 3rd place, Todoroki got second, and Izuku got first place. All Might gave everyone there medals happily and with a couple words of inspiration but when he got to Izuku he simply gave him the medal did his signature smile and walked away. This didn't really bother Izuku so he just smiled to the paparazzi and waved.
When all that's over Izuku went to meet up with Nezu and Aizawa, but he was surprised to see he was being taken into questioning.
Also not knowing that a light blue haired man child and a faceless man took interest in him....

Izuku POV
I'm right know being questioned about my quirks but a fucking lie detector.
"What's your quirk" "Wings and Healing" LIE
"May you please tell the truth". I guess I could trust them. There like family to me but the real question is that will they still keep me knowing I've been lying to them for so long. I guess we're about to find out. "My quirk is called infinite quirks I can make any quirks I want without any drawbacks besides Isnomina I guess" I say shrugging and looking down. When I FINALLY get the courage to look up at their faces I see many emotions. Two of them are obviously surprised and sadly disappointment
which is probably lying to them
3rd Person
Izuku looks down guilty "S-sorry for lying when I was little the doctor told me not to tell anyone and I understand if your mad at me.....". When everyone say how sad the green-haired boy was it broke there hearts. "Problem Child.." Aizawa starts "we're not mad at you were just a tad bit disappointed in you for not telling us earlier" the rat god finishes.
Izuku looks up hopefully "so your not mad at me" The black-haired cat lover smiles "no we're not problem child. Izuku couldn't hold it in anymore. He ran to them and gave the two people he sees as parents the biggest hug and smile he could muster. The sleep-deprived detective aww'd at the sight
