It had been a month since the new years eve and the Kims had settled rather fast. Namjoon still lived in Seokjin's apartment. Seokjin had been doing many night-stays with them. And it's not that Namjoon did not notice. He did. The clothes in the guest room, the toothbrush in the bathroom, Seokjin's favourite alcohol and gummies in the pantry, Seokjin's favourite movies in his Netflix watchlist. He also noticed that he was not looking for a new house. It wasn't that he was busy. He was really free. His schedule would start from mid-February to promote the book and face any complications about it. They were turning into the family so fast that Eunha would call Seokjin every day to ask if was coming home or not because of course, Namjoon was going to cook for them. Every weekend they would stay home and watch movies all day. Seokjin would help them clean the house on weekends and teach Eunha how to cook.
Today was no different. Eunha came to the kitchen where Namjoon was cooking and humming on a weird tune. "Dad?"
"Hmm?"
Eunha gulped and smiled nervously, "Can I go to night-stay with my friend?"
Namjoon stopped doing what he was and turned back, "Who is going?"
Eunha smiled victoriously, "All my friends and Kai oppa's friends. And the host Hyunjin oppa's friends"
Namjoon sighed, "You are not going."
Eunha huffed, "But dad... It is not the first time I went when we were in the states all the time."
Namjoon nodded, "Yes, but I knew people there. I only know a few people here and I don't trust them if I don't know them."
"But dad!!! Please let me go!"
Namjoon rolled his eyes, "Eunha! I said no, means no."
"What happened?"
They both looked back and found Seokjin standing there in a suit. He must have come here directly from work. He took his coat off and started folding his sleeves up. Eunha ran up to him, "Dad is not letting me go to my friend's house for a night stay."
"Tell him why." Namjoon shook his head and came to them.
Eunha pouted, "Because it has both girls and boys. And many of them are above 18."
Namjoon looked at Seokjin, "See."
Seokjin chuckled, "Who is going?"
"All my friends and Kai oppa's friends. And the host's friends." Eunha looked on the floor.
Seokjin smiled and raised her face with his finger, "Who is the host?"
"Hwang Hyunjin" Eunha said in a tiny voice.
Seokjin chuckled and took his phone out and texted someone. He got a reply in seconds and he looked at Eunha, "You can go, princess."
Eunha looked at him with shock, "Really? I can?"
"Mhmm." Seokjin nodded, "Go pack your bag."
Eunha jumped in joy and kissed Seokjin on his cheek and ran to her room.
Namjoon grumbled, "Hyung... you can't keep spoiling her."
Seokjin went to him and circled his arms around Namjoon's neck, "There has to be one parent that is lenient, right? And Yeonjun and Soobin are going there too. I texted Yeonjun to know what type of a sleepover it is. Don't worry okay? I also told him to pick Eunha up and drop her off here. Happy?"
Namjoon sighed and snaked his hands around the elder's waist, "You are going to replace me in her favourites like this."
Seokjin laughed and nuzzled into his nose, "That is impossible."
Namjoon sighed again and pecked Seokjin on his forehead, "I'll go help her in the packing."
Seokjin nodded but didn't let go of Namjoon. Instead, he leaned in towards his ears, "By the way, I was just finding a way to be alone with you."
Namjoon chuckled, "Gosh, Hyung..." He whined and left this embrace.
Seokjin laughed and let Namjoon go and help their daughter.
Their daughter. It sounded so good, he could melt just by that one word.
Namjoon went to her room and saw her packing her bag and being happy. He chuckled and went inside, "I know dad allowed you but, you know what is off-limits, right? Alcohol-"
"Alcohol, smoking, drugs and sex. I know, appa. And... And if you don't want me to go, I won't." Eunha said, putting her bag down.
Namjoon laughed and went near her, "You know I never stop you. I was just a bit paranoid about the people there."
Eunha smiled and nodded, "I don't think you are paranoid. I think you are just protecting me. And I understand it now after I thought about it. I am sorry for arguing."
Namjoon smiled and kissed her hair, "You can go. Let's check the things you packed. Extra clothes, toothbrush, towel... Did you take sanitary napkins?"
Eunha gasped and went to her cupboard, "Almost forgot it. Thank you, dad."
They heard a knock and turned around. Seokjin smiled, "Yeonjun and Kai are here to pick you up. Are you ready to leave?"
Eunha nodded and kissed Namjoon on the cheek, "I love you. Bye."
Namjoon smiled and patted her head. He brought out his valet and gave her some cash, "Just in case."
Eunha took it and went to Seokjin and kissed him too, "Bye, appa. I will see you tomorrow."
Seokjin bid her adieu and smiled at Namjoon, "Don't worry. I trust Yeonjun with my life. He will take good care of her."
Namjoon came to him and smiled, "I trust you, hyung. Yeonjun will take care of her, but what about me?" Namjoon pouted fakely.
Seokjin laughed and circled his arms around Namjoon, "I am here for that."
Namjoon chuckled, "Well, now that we are alone, we can just order food and watch a movie. Let's watch the matrix."
Seokjin nodded excitedly and pecked him on the lips. Namjoon chased the lips and deepened the kiss. Their kiss became heated and tongues got involved. Seokjin fisted Namjoon's hair and Namjoon pulled him closer if that was even possible. Seokjin broke the kiss only when he was unable to breathe and looked at Namjoon with hooded eyes. In the parallel view, he could see the family photo that Eunha had hung. He blinked a few times to clear his head, "I think, if we are going to continue this, we should change the room."
Namjoon chuckled and nodded, "Yeah. Good call."
