I don't know anything about banning methods. This is purely fictional.
"... is going to be banned. This is the Tenth book by Kim Namjoon. The theme is based on homosexuality and the government is about to ban it. The decision entirely depends on the discussion that would happen in the court tomorrow."
Namjoon called Rose again, "Why?"
I don't know. The PR team is doing their best. Most people are against the ban, but they are youth and half of them can't even vote. The main problem is the opposition party president Mr Chan.
Namjoon groaned, "It's not even released yet. How can he do this without even reading the book? Ugh. What are we going to do now?"
I don't know. The books are in the process of printing.
"Breaking news. The printing house was attacked, destroying many books that were already printed."
Namjoon closed his eyes and held his head in his hand, "I will talk to my lawyer. We are suing the fuck out of them."
Okay.
Namjoon cut the call. Eunha came with a cup of coffee, "You will need this. I am going to the cafe. My friends called me there to go over our project. Call me if you need me."
Namjoon nodded and called Hoseok, "Hyung I need you."
Good morning to you too.
Namjoon rolled his eyes, "Not the time. We are suing some people and I need you to go through the whole banning my book thing. I have too much on the line this time hyung. Please."
Hey, hey. Calm down bud. I saw the news. I am coming to your place and we will go to the publishing firm together. We will talk there okay? Get ready.
Namjoon sighed, "Yeah, okay."
~
"We can't do anything about this." CEO of the publishing firm, Go Yoosun said as she leaned back in her chair. "It all depends on the discussion tomorrow. It will be led by Kim Seokjin, the son of party president Kim. and I think we are going to lose the discussion." she was a lady of almost 50. She had sharp features and wore thin-rimmed glasses. She was wearing a blazer and pencil skirt.
Namjoon narrowed his eyes, "Why?"
Yoosun laughed, "You are kidding, right? He has zero leadership skills. We all know he is in the party because of his father."
Namjoon chuckled, "Can't believe I am publishing my book with you. You don't know him completely. So shut your prejudiced mouth up."
Yoosun tilted her head, "Whoa. Why are you offended, Namjoon-shi?"
Namjoon clenched his jaw, "Because I know him. And I know we will win tomorrow. The book will be published and you will see how good of a leader he is."
Namjoon stood and was about to leave when Yoosun stopped him, "Fine, if we win, I will personally apologise to him through the mail, of course. And I will double the fee we wrote on your contract for your next two books. But if we fail, you will have to pay for the loss that my company will face due to the ban."
Namjoon turned and smirked, "Done."
Namjoon and Hoseok left the office and didn't stop till they were in front of Hoseok's car. Namjoon turned to Hoseok, "Do they have a solid topic to fight?"
Hoseok shrugged, "I don't know. We didn't talk this morning. Too busy with our respective clients."
Namjoon closed his eyes and groaned, "Damn it."
