Chapter 34

"You got everything you wants to take to your uncles house? Jin asked all of the kids.

Felix was staying with Chan and Jeongin for a few weeks - per Felix's request -  while all of them, including Jin, were staying at Seokjung's.

Jin was leaving for tour early the next morning. It was heartbreaking, he had even asked if he could bring them along.

After the staff had a small meeting, they decided it would be too much to have the five children with them.

Jin had his final rehearsal  for the day already done. He was exhausted but nonetheless, kept a positive attitude and trudged through.

After getting each of their shoes on, Jin got them in the car and headed to his brothers house.

On the drive there, the kids were fairly calm - majority being asleep - the quiet, and soft music adding to the tranquil mood. 

"Papa I wanna dance." whined Jimin as he sat in his car seat, the drive to Seokjung's wasn't very far but to the kids it was forever.

"Im sure you'll be able to dance soon Minnie, be patient,okay?" Jin reasoned.

"Dance?" Hoseok's head snapped up to meet Jins eyes. Jin just nodded as he drove.

They had finally arrived, Jin helped them all out after waking the ones who were asleep, and grabbed their bags.

The boys ran ahead, jumping into Seokjungs arms. 

"Hey boys! Hey little bro." Seokjung side hugged Jin as he held Hoseok.

Jin sat the bags down and hugged his brother back.

Seokjung excused himself as he went to the kitchen, "have you eaten today?"

It was still a bit early in the morning, Jin was in such a rush to leave their house they didnt have breakfast, "nope, here ill make us breakfast."

Jin rushed to the kitchen before his brother could start. Seokjung just smiled at his little brother and grabbed a snack.

"I just need some food in my system so I can take my medicine."

"What medicine?" asked Jin as he began making breakfast. Seokjung looked away for a second,"my anti depressants."

Jin frowned slightly and turned around to hug his brother again. "I love you, im sorry you have to take those."

Seokjung was caught a bit off guard before hugging back slowly. "Jin its okay, really, dont feel bad or anything it isnt your fault. its my own fault."

"Im gonna step out for a second alright? I've gotta make a phone call." Seokjung walked outside, the kids were too busy watching TV to notice.

Jin shrugged it off and continued  cooking. It had been an hour at the most and Seokjung had not come inside yet.

So Jin walked outside and saw his brother on the porch, a cigarette was pressed between his lips before a puff of smoke left his mouth.

He sighed before taking another drag and admitting a second puff of smoke. Jin walked and stood next to him. "How long?"

His brother coughed before putting out the cigarette. "About 2 years or so, it helps me relax." 

"Its not healthy Seokjung. Theres other ways to relax."

"I know, this seems the easiest to me now. I promise I wont do it in front of the boys, this is something ill do on my own time."

Seokjung promised, he felt too ashamed to look at his younger brother now. Jin had looked up to him since he could walk, now he was seeing his role model jeopardize his health.

"Im sorry Jin."

"Just promise me youll try to stop? Please it would mean the world to me."Jin begged. Seokjung promised, the brotherly moment was interrupted by Yoongi. "Papa im hungry!"

"Okay bud, lets eat then." the two walked inside and began eating breakfast.

"Your kids have an appetite like yours Jin, I think I just saw them inhale their breakfast." Seokjung laughed. Jin just laughed along, "I guess they learned from the best." smirked Jin.

After breakfast, the brothers cleaned up while the kids played on the air mattress. Jungkook would sit on it while all of the brothers jumped at the same time.

It was something Seokjung had to tell them many times not to do, or that it was too dangerous to do especially with the 3 year old being the one who gets launched.

When the kitchen was done, the brothers went to watch the boys play.

Jimin and Taehyung had taken Seokjung as hostage while Yoongi and Hoseok, and Jungkook (who was being no help)  took Jin hostage.

Taking them hostage mostly consisted of the boys sitting on top of them and arguing.

While all of them argued why their hostage was better, Jungkook was staring at Jin and poking his nose repeatedly.

"You gonna help papa up?" asked Jin playfully.

"No!"Jungkook giggled and continued his task of poking every inch of Jins face. Oh how this made Jin realize just how much he really was gonna miss his babies.

Although the poking was nerve wracking, he knew it would feel strange for it to not happen often. 

"Hey Taetae, Minnie. If you let me up ill give you some ice cream."Seokjung tried to coax his nephews.

He was surprised when they shook their heads, "never!"

Jin and Seokjung eventually waited until all the boys fell asleep, which didnt take very long.

They gently got up and laid them all down on the air mattress.

They decided to sit outside and talk while the boys were asleep. Their talk was going well until Seokjung took out another cigarette and lit it.

"Seriously? Please dont do that." said Jin. 

Seokjung took a drag before stomping it out. "Im sorry, force of habit i guess. " He mumbled.

"Its okay just, please try to stop at least by the time I get back, yeah?" Asked Jin.

Seokjung laughed a bit before looking around and back at Jin, "look at my little brother, so mature." He pulled Jin close before sighing. "Do you really have to go?"

"You sound like the boys now, I do but itll only be a couple of months, ill call when I can and maybe you can come to a nearby show."

Jins brother nodded before they were called back inside by Jimin who had just woken up from a nightmare.

Hello :3 I'm sorry I disappeared again. I had a mental breakdown and have been updating other books as well.

I hope you enjoyed whatever this mess was. (I'm also a little drunk whoops😅).

Anyway I missed everyone and really wanted to get this out :3
