Chapter 7

5 sunburnt kids, a hyperactive puppy and two tired parents were definitely enjoying their vacation.

Namjoon was scheduled to be back at work in 4 days. So they were cherishing the time they had left at the beautiful location that is Malta.

"I wish we could afford to have a vacation home here." Said Namjoon as they all walked the beach.

All the kids had extra sunscreen on to avoid further sunburns.

"I'd like that...if my audition goes well or happens maybe it would be possible" answered Jin as he held his husband's hand.

"Audition? For what?" Namjoon raised an eyebrow. He never mentioned an audition?

"Oh I forgot to tell you" Namjoon saw red dust on Jins already red face.

"I got offered an audition from a company, they saw me perform and I'm thinking of going to it" Jin nervously laughed.

"Baby that's amazing! See I told you, you're talented" Namjoon smiled.

"But Joon, you travel for work, if I became an idol it wouldnt work if toured" Jin explained.

"We'll work something out, dont let me hold you back sweets" Namjoon placed a delicate kiss on Jins cheek.

Jin gave a soft smile "I'll decide later".

Meanwhile the kids were running in and out of the cold water.

Hoseok and Jimin were afraid to fully step into the water without the assistance of Appa or Papa.

Jungkook, on the other hand, was holding Yoongis hand and was giggling everytime the gently waves hit his feet.

"A shark gonna eat you!" Said Jimin, terrified as a small wave hit his foot.

Jimin yelped and hit behind Jin. "Minnie, sharks wont get you up here look" Jin gently grabs the scared toddler's hand and leads him into the water.

Jimin desperately held onto Jins hand as they stepped in.

"Papas gotcha Minnie it's okay" Jin reassured.

Hoseok was still avoiding the water, until a certain baby brother came along.

"Hobi water!" Jungkook grabbed his older brothers hand and began using all his strength to pull Hoseok into the waves.

Hoseok stayed put and pulled back from Jungkooks grip "no I'm scared!" He reasoned.

Yoongi was tired of Hoseok refusing to step in the water, he wanted his brother to join the fun.

"Hobi I'll hold your hand" Yoongi offered, stretching his arm out for his brother to take.

Hoseok had hesitation about taking the olders hand. "O-okay Yoon"

Hoseok was soon having fun with all his brothers, Jimin was glued to Jins side as he played with the water with his foot.

"Baby are you sure you dont want me to let go? It would be a lot more fun" Jin asked.

Jimin only whined and continued to play with the water "Appa and Papa scare meanie shark away".

Jin just fondly smiled and went along with the toddler.

Soon, both Namjoon and Jin were soaked after an intense water battle started by Taehyung.

Taehyung rolled around in the sand with his puppy following.

"Appa lookie at Tannie!" Shouted Taehyung as he pointed to the sand covered pup.
