"W-When will he wake up?"
"I honestly can't tell you anything at this point, Tom, other than his possible needs in the future."
"I... I can't... I can't do this anymore..."
"Goodness, Tom, get a grip on yourself."
"I... I can take everything, but if Sky... if Zack's son..."
"Stop it, Thomas, stop beating yourself over it. I can't lose you now too..."

When are you waking up...
How long has it been? two days? three days? a week? It definitely felt like a month. Each passing day till autumn, I was constantly reminded of the white wolf's absent clinginess in the room.
"Hey, Noah, you should really get back soon."
"Haaaa... foxy, I've been stuck here for the past few days with him, what do you think he'll do?
For whatever convo the two were having, it was simply blocked off, no point on sacking my memory with useless information. The sole thing I want hitting my eardrums right then, was the constant, loud beeping of the heart monitor, and the pumping ventilator machine.
"N-Noah....?" I turned back, although it was probably an inefficient use of my energy since I already perceived who it was by their signature stammering.
"Yes, Zain?"
"Um... C-Can I...si..." you could practically hear the shepherd's muscle rubbing against each other in over-intensity as he paused a while, "A-a-a-actually, nothing..."
"Just sit on the chair over there, on the opposite of me," I invited, sharply.
The nervous wreck of a dog walked over to the other side of the bed, away from the window-side of the room where I was. As he did so shakily, I observed something held under his brown paws...
"I-I brought some things," I could barely hear him speak, when his visibly trembling paws inserted a bundle of flower stems bearing red petals, into the bedside table vase, "I heard S-Sky like t-t-t-this..."
From the bundled petals shaped similar to cotton balls, surrounding the yellow pollen bits at the middle, the zinnia characteristics of it was obvious enough.
"O-Oh!"
"Careful, you clumsy dog!" I unconsciously shouted as I noticed his shaky hands close to causing a glass-shattering incident, as another white, peach-based vase shook in almost exact motion with the surface-touching paws of the dog. Annoying clumsy-ies...
Nevertheless, the loud voice was an unknown variable that I was not expecting myself to have suddenly, including my paws clenching near to puncturing my own paw pads. Furthermore, I was standing up straight with a look that seemingly scared the rest of the dog's courage out of their already pea-shrunken body. But as the glances gazed at me, I cleared my throat, before sitting back down after seeing the twirling vase stabilizing its position.
"N-Noah, what's wrong?" I could hear the evermore concerned tone of a fox's. I blatantly ignored it, no point saying much then anyway...
"Oooo-kay... Cuz, I think you need a breather, come on," I sat practically glued on the chair, although this self-inflicted, cursed-like effect I was in disappeared instantly, as a heave beneath my arms raised me up, breaking my adamancy.
"H-Hey, get your hands off me, you stup--"
"No cursing! Also, I made a promise," unintentionally, I ended up laying my whole weight onto the blue-patched wolf's torso behind, making me lock eyes into his... fearfully nefarious-vibe-d blue eyes, "This is part of it."
