Military (T.H. X READER)

He let out a deep sigh as he reminisced on the time he spent with her.

"What's wrong, Tom?" His castmate, Chris inquired.

"Nothing, nothing. Come on now, we better get ready for the premiere."

"No, come on. You've been acting differently the past week. Did something happen?"

"Just missing Y/n." He stood up, brushing off imaginary dust from his pants

Y/n is his sister. She had been gone for quite some time, her job being part of the military. They had seen each other exactly 3 years ago. Being close in age- her being only 34 they had been quite close as children. They kept in contact as much as possible. Sending one another sweet messages every now and then.

"It'll be alright, besides I'm sure she's handling herself well," Chris assured him. However what Tom didn't know was that she was going to come and surprise him, well tonight...

The cast had all walked across the red carpet, answering questions and taking photos. Tom was currently talking to a reporter from E!News.

"It must be so nice to finish up another project, how are you feeling tonight? You seem a bit down," She asked.

"Well it's been uh- a quite a rough week but it's nice to be wrapping the movie up and seeing the final product. To end the week on such a good note," He stumbled slightly on his words but managed to find his footing.

"Aw, that's sad to hear. Mind clarifying what's been difficult this week? Saying goodbye perhaps to your cast and crew perhaps?"

"Well I've gotten quite used to that over the years but I'd rather not speak of it actually."

He had gotten himself out of the uncomfortable interview when he walked into Chris who was quite excited for the premiere, more than usual. He spoke to another interviewer when they had bumped into one another.

"Yes, I'm very excited for tonight, we uh... actually have a bit of a surprise for one of the cast members. A few of us put it together..."

"Mind telling us who?"

"Well it seems he's coming this way so I shouldn't..."

"Hey Tom!"

"Chris, nice to see you as well. You seem quite peppy tonight. Something I'm unaware of?"

"No, now come on, let's watch the movie."

The movie had ended. Everyone was clapping as the end credits faded away. The screen was going dark. The Russo's walked up to the front. Standing on a platform.

"We'd like to thank our incredible cast and crew, along with everyone else for their amazing support!" Joseph began.

"But before we end the night, we have a special surprise for one of our actors..." Anthony continued. Tom looked over at Chris, perhaps this is what he's so excited about...

"We would like to bring Tom Hiddleston forward for just a moment." Tom followed the instructions accordingly with a confused look plastered on his face. Looking at his castmates as they smiled proudly.

"Now, for the surprise..." They moved him to face the doorway which began to open. Out came Y/n, his sister...

"Y/n...." He was frozen in place. Stumbling back slightly and his mouth open agape.

"Hi Tom..." She sniffled slightly as she started to walk over to him dressed in full military gear. She was crying...

"Y/n-oh my," He stopped speaking as he rushed towards her. "You haven't spoken to me, I thought maybe you- you died.. Oh my god...I missed you.. So much."

"As did I, I didn't say anything because I was getting ready to come surprise you... Chris helped out a bit with the Russo's and most of the cast..." He had completely collapsed into her arms, they both went down, sobbing.

"You can't scare me like that..." He managed to speak.

"I won't... I'm not heading back this time..."

"What?"

"I got a job offer in London..."
