Aimi POV:
Shinso? Classmate? what the actual fuck is going on? "well Shinso, this is going to be a fun year," I sneered. His lips curled up into a smirk.
"You know beauty, you never told me a name," he pushed. I snorted.
"Like you deserve one," He just looked at me, waiting. He knew he had won. "Aimi Haru, but please, call me Aimi," I spat. His eyes widened for a second, before he regained his composure.
"Wow, a rich girl. Listen Beauty, this isn't a game for some of us, if you aren't here to actually be a hero just leave. Not all of us can go to daddy and get whatever we want," he blurted, looking back at the front of the room. I just stared at him in utter disbelief. No one had ever spoke to me like that. I didn't know it yet, but that sentence was going to be what pushed me to be the greatest student in UA history, and one of the best heroes in the world.
My attention was taken away from the purple haired boy when our teacher walked in, tossing a yellow sleeping bag to the side.
"Hello class, my name is Shota Aizawa, and I am your home room teacher. Normally you just do some stupid ice breaker, but i'm not into those kind of things. Instead, I want to get a feel for the kinds of students im going to have in my class this year, so put on your gym uniforms and meet me outside," He lectured, walking out of the room. Trying to take in the information, a blue red and white track suit was place onto my desk for me to change into. I grabbed it, along with two water bottles, and headed to the bathroom.
Changing into the new outfit, I realized this one fit me better than my regular uniform. It was a lot more relaxed around my assets, giving me more freedom to move. The only downside was that I was going to sweat a lot more, meaning I was going to have to drink more water if I wanted to use my quirk.
I followed the rest of the class out to the track outside, meeting up with our teacher. Most of the students had their jackets zipped up, but I opted to leave mine open in order to try and stay cooled down.
"You are going to show off your quirks, the one with the lowest score goes home for good, deal?" he explained. We all coward in fear slightly, except for maybe one boy. He walked up and grabbed the baseball out of Aizawa's hand and threw it, making a large explosion behind it. Aizawa presented how far the ball hand traveled due to boom boom boy. If i'm being honest, it was impressive, I couldn't do something like that.
The rest of class was long. I was getting close to last in every activity. Yeah, sure, I had a powerful quirk when used against the right person, but I wasn't the best when it came to physical activity.
"Okay class, last activity, do the ball throw that Bakugo did in the beginning," Aizawa instructed. I was one of the first up to go, and the girl right before me got infinity. Fucking infinity. What am I supposed to do with that? Once we got a new ball, i threw it as hard as I could and Aizawa had shown the class the score. 52 kilometers. 'I'm going home. There's nothing i can do to get out of this one,' I thought to myself, seeing the score.
Mr.Sleep deprived went he after me and only got a few higher than me. Now that I think about it, he hasn't been doing all that much better than me at most of these activities, so he must not have a physical quirk either. That gave me an idea 'Let me show teach what i've got my way'
Once everyone was finished, and he was about to announce the results, I went up to him and activated my quirk, twirling a strand of hair around my finger to enhance the charm.
"Mr.Aizawa? I know I didn't do so well but ive never had a chance to strengthen my quirk and i'd really love to do that, I really hope you can refrain from sending me home," I hummed, standing in front of him, my blue orbs staring into his yellow ones. They softened quickly. 'Checkmate'
"I think we can make that work" he responded, his eyebrows the furring, his face confusing. That wasn't what he wanted to say and he didn't know why he said that.
"Yay!!" I cheered, but before I could react, I was bound up in his scarf, his eyes now red, staring harsh into mine.
"What did you to to me?" he asked roughly.
"Nothing let me go!" I yelped, trying to get out of the grasp of the material but to no use. "I didn't do anything!"
"Careful Aizawa, she might call daddy and get you in trouble," Shinso then spoke. Aizawa blinked, his gaze shifting from me to the boy. "She's a Haru"
"Doesn't matter, they know what she signed up for when she took the entrance exam," Aizawa sighed, letting go of the restraints he had on me. "Come see me after class, I don't appreciate my students using their quirks on me,"
"Yes sir, sorry sir," I mumbled, walking back to the rest of class, taking a big drink of water. We all went back inside and did some basic ice breakers for the rest of the day. Once we were done, everyone expect Shinso left and I went up to Aizawa's desk.
"You wanted to see me sir?" I spoke, trying to sound confident.
"I knew you weren't going to do well in that test today, you have a psychological quirk, not a physical one. Now that I know how you use it, I think I have the perfect assignment for you. Think of it as a detention project for using your quirk on your teacher," he informed you. You just nodded, waiting for him to tell you the project. "Now I did a little research. It seems like your quirk, Siren, is a Mutation, because neither of your parents have any aspect of it. And from what I have seemed to find, it doesn't work against other psychological quirks. At least, not yet."
"What does that mean sir?' I asked, confused but what he was asking of me.
"This is my adopted son, Shinso. I'm sure you've met. He also has a psychological quirk. Make your quirk work against him. That's your assignment," He told you with a smirk. My eyes widened.
"B-but sir! That's impossible! Even you said it, from everything you found, it can't be used against other psychological quirks!" I defended. I really didn't want to spend another second with that purple haired douche.
"You heard him beauty. Make your quirk work on me, and you can get rid of me. Until then, we will be attached at the hip," Shinso chimed in. This was going to be the hardest assignment of my life.
"Fine, whatever."
"Cool, now, lets go get coffee, i'm bored," Shinso sighed, walking out of the classroom. I just stared at the door he just walked out of.
"Id go if I were you, he doesn't like when he's stood up," Aizawa then chimed. You quickly glared at him, and rushed to catch up with Shinso.
