"Draco!", Hermione gasps running over to him and pulling him into a bone crushing hug.
"I thought you'd forgotten me", Draco whispered before pulling Hermione into a passionate kiss, their lips moving perfectly in sync, his cold hand grasping at her cheek as the kiss began to deepen.
"I could never forget you", Hermione whispered into the kiss and kissing Draco even harder than before, Draco's hands where now interlaced with Hermione's golden locks, and Hermione's cold fingers traced up under the back of Draco's dress shirt, tracing the muscular features on his warm but pale back.
Hermione straddled Draco as he sat upon the concrete bench, not breaking the kiss, Hermione began to unbutton the buttons on his shirt, until finally she ripped his shirt off to where it was finally laying on the ground, they still remained kissing, Hermione's hands touching Draco wherever she could.
Just as Draco was unzipping the back of Hermione's dress, they heard a very loud horrified gasp.
"I knew you would bail, but I never thought I'd ever see this! This is disturbing! You wait til I tell your father!", Pansy said standing at the top of the staircase with her arms at her side with a horrific look on her, Draco immediately arose and shoved Hermione off him before scurrying to grab his shirt.
"Pansy please! It's not what it looks like just give me a chance to ex-" Draco says before getting cut off by Pansy whilst still hurrying to button up his shirt.
"No explaining needed Draco, you can explain to your father", Pansy smirks, whilst making her way back down the stairs.
Draco who finally has his shirt buttoned up, turns to face Hermione with a blank expression on his face.
"It's going to be okay Draco, I'm sure he'll come a-", Hermione attempts to say.
"Come around! Come around! You just don't get it do you Granger! Not everyone's life is happy and magical like yourself! You don't understand what it's like! You never will, I get your trying to help but your not", Draco shouts falling to the ground head in hands bursting into tears.
"I'm sorry Hermione I didn't mean to shout I'm just so frustrated", Draco sobs.
Hermione was shocked, for the first time Draco called her by her first name, she could tell how hurt he was and how stressed he would be, she just was unsure of how to comfort him.
"It's alright Draco, I would say I understand but I don't, I can only imagine how hard it must be having a parent who doesn't support you, but I support you Draco, and you are amazing the talent you have in the things you do, the achievements you have made, and especially the kindness that you have in your heart, you are so special and I appreciate every inch of you", Hermione says with a weak smile and pulling Draco into a hug.
Draco began to sob again, but also smile, he couldn't believe how lucky he was to have Hermione, she always saw the good in Draco, Draco's mind was still filled with bad thoughts he could only imagine what his father would do when he finds out, he would probably pull Draco out of Hogwarts, and he would never see Hermione again, and that was his biggest fear.
He wanted to shout at his father, tell him that he didn't want to be a death eater, that he didn't support the dark lord, that he loved Hermione Granger, and that he hated him.
But he couldn't, not whilst being at Hogwarts away from his mother, Draco promised his mother he would always protect her and that one day he would get them both out of that wretched manor and somewhere far away where Lucius would never find them, his Draco wished that day would come.
"Come on, let's get you to bed", Hermione says standing up and out stretching her hand for Draco, who grabs it.
Draco finally got to bed but he hardly got sleep, he did eventually sleep, but he awoke one hour later to the sun hitting his face, he sat at the edge of the bed, before looking up to see Blaise standing in front of him holding a letter.
"Mail", Blaise says bluntly holding the letter out, Draco takes it.
"What's wrong with you?", Draco snarls, Blaise says nothing but glares at Draco before leaving the dorm.
Draco raises his eyebrows in confusion before looking down at the letter which he turned over, the wax was a familiar black, and the return address read Malfoy Manor.
Draco gulped, his heart began racing and sweat began to pool in the crest of his neck, Draco began to open the letter, before finally reading it:
Draco,
Why on earth have I received an owl from Miss Parkinson who tells me you have been fooling around with not only a Gryffindor, but a Mudblood. I cannot believe how much of a disappointment you have become, I am so disgusted to have you as my son, from now on you will do as I say, no more fooling around you are only at Hogwarts for schooling purposes, not to have fun, fun does not exist.
When you finally become a death eater I will be making sure the first mudblood to kill-on your list Hermione Granger.
Always a pleasure,
Lucius Malfoy.
Draco's face was covered in sweat, his face was heated and he was shaking with rage.
Kill Hermione, he could never, Draco thought to himself.
Draco couldn't careless what his father thought of him though, he knew his father already would have thought those things of him that he had said. But Draco knew the only way to stop his father from making him put Hermione in that list, was thinking that none of this had ever happened, he would have to write a letter, and speak very ill of Hermione.
Even thought he knew Hermione may never speak to him again.
