Lets just say meeting George's sister was an experience to say the least. Dream didn't know what he'd expected when he was waiting outside the bedroom door, but a small female George definitely was not on his list. The two had never really talked about family, purely for the fact that one's was long dead and apart from that Dream had just never felt comfortable intruding that far into the humans life. The topic had also just never come up, something Dream had never had a quarrel with... until now.

"So you're his sister?" Dream asked as he heard the second pair of footsteps follow after him.

"Yup, the one and only." She replied, leaning against the kitchen counter as Dream searched through the cupboards, trying to think of something he could cook.

"Cool." Dream took a mental note of that as he pulled out from the cupboard, deciding there wasn't anything cookable in there. George has one sister, alright, we're learning something.

"Does George not talk about me?" She asked as Dream spotted some eggs sitting in the small egg basket on the counter. Eggs for breakfast? Suuuure.

"Uh no actually." Dream replied kind of sheepishly, the look on George's sisters face giving the impression that he probably should have. "He's never mentioned you."

"What?" She gasped, looking offended. "That bastard. So he hasn't talked about me at all?"

"Nope."

"Interesting." George's sister -who Dream was pretty sure was called Leah- mused, the demon ignoring her and walking to the fridge. They had some bacon, eggs and bacon? Sure, that'll do.

Taking out a frying pan, Dream turned on the hob before cracking 3 eggs into the pan, making sure they were at least spaced out enough that they wouldn't merge into a lump.

Dream had surprised himself with his cooking skills when he started making the odd thing in boredom. Cooking was something specifically for the girls when he was alive, but like George had explained to him, many many things had changed in societies views since he ceased to exist from the earth.

Leah stood silently and watched him as he fried the eggs, seeming to be studying him as he hunched over the cooker. Was he really that interesting? Dream glanced over to the girl who was leaning against the counter.

"So, how'd you know my brother?" Leah asked as Dream pulled the pack of bacon out of the fridge.

Dream froze. Shit. What was he supposed to say? She was his sister, which meant she probably knew the ins and outs of George's friends, and here he was, claiming to live with George when she had most likely never heard of him. Adding onto that he had absolutely no clue what her brother may have told him.

If they both gave other stories they'd be fucked.

"We ugh, we met on a Minecraft server..." Dream said, wracking his mind for something plausible to say.

"A Minecraft server? Hmm. Well, how come my brother has never mentioned you?" She continued, Dream turning down to glance over at her as she simply smirked back.

"Isn't that the sort of question you should be asking him instead of me." Dream eventually replied with a shrug, trying to sound as casual as he thought, oh my Lord where the hell was George? Leaving him alone to be grilled by his sister.

And as if on cue, George appeared from the bedroom, hands resting on his hoodie pockets— correction, Dream's hoodies pockets as he walked over to them.

"Lea I thought I told you specifically not to scare him off." The taller of the two Brits said with a sigh, joining them down by the kitchen countertops.
