After arriving home, Haechan and Jihyun both bid their goodnights before heading to their houses. Jihyun noticed Jihee was not in the living room, which weirded her out a little but didn't pay it attention, she was probably tired and went to sleep.

She walked upstairs to her sister's room, gently opening the door and peeking in to see if so was the case. Yes. Jihee was on her bed, sleeping, with her phone on her hand.

The younger smiled, closing the door, and walking to her own room. She didn't bother to close her own room's door, she just plopped on her bed and let sleep take her away. She was tired, so things such as her clothes and accessories didn't matter to her.

She felt as if she was waking up, but was no longer in her room. She was in an empty room, or so it seemed at first. It started to change somehow, but I noticed it a little too late. So I'm dreaming. She looked up to be met with some sort of  light  being not so far away from her. It was peacefully shining a cream-like color, not moving.

She wanted to look down at myself and make sure she was dreaming, but was met with nothingness. This creeped her out a little. She wanted to scream just by the surprise of it, but nothing came out of her mouth, if she even had one. Somehow, the being seemed to react to it, however. It... became spiky? How does light do that shit?

That's when she realized. It was finally happening. She was so excited, but already knew speaking was no good. She noticed the other being just stood there, didn't move a muscle, but somehow she knew it was judging her. She couldn't quite interact with it, though. Then she was woken up by my sister.

"Hey, you fucker, wake up! It's almost noon already," said Jihee, hitting her sister with a pillow until her eyes opened. The younger let out an annoyed and tired groan as she looked up to the older girl, but quickly sat up as she reminded herself of her dream.

She immediately went searching for her phone while her sister only stared in confusion. "I need to contact Chenle."

"Why? Did something happen?" Jihee asked concerningly, getting shushed by the younger.

There was silence for little more than two seconds before Chenle picked up. "What do you want now?"

"In your fucking face, you bitch!" This comment from Jihyun gained a frown from Jihee, but it changed into a confused smile quick.

There was silence from the other end for some time. "Excuse me?"

"Remember how you said soulmates didn't exist? Well news to you, I've JUST woken up from it, you must feel real shitty right now." Most of Jihyun's comments were either nonsense or sounded extremely annoying coming from her, but Jihee didn't pay no mind given that her claim of having the soulmate dream seemed real enough to excite her this much and she couldn't be mad at it.

Instead, she was amazed. "What?! You had yo-" She was shushed again.

"I mean you ate a lot of sugary things last night so it was probably that."

"Don't tell me you don't believe me," said the girl in a hurt tone.

"Nope. Not one bit. Glad you called me though! Could you bring me some dog food?"

"Yeah, whatever. I'll be there, but you better pay me for it, I'm short of money."

Chenle hummed a yes before hanging up. Jihyun sighed sadly at how skeptical her friend was, and finally turned to meet her senior's gaze. She was still with a shocked expression, and upon locking eyes, it seemed like she let out a breath she was holding in. "So did you have it?"

The younger nodded excitedly, knowing that her sister did believe in her. Her sister had already had the dream when she was younger, but tragically, her soulmate had passed away some months prior in an accident before being able to marry. She was incredibly broken at first, which was understandable, but remained strong for her little sister and wished to help her when she found her own soulmate.

"Tell me everything about it!" said she as she sat down next to the excited girl on her bed.

Jihyun explained what she saw in her dream with as much detail as she could. It wasn't a long dream after all. Apparently time is not exactly a constant thing while dreaming. "But I didn't get the chance to see who it was, and I'm not sure when will I get the chance of dreaming such again," she finished, looking down at her phone laying on her hand with a sad expression.

"Well, we'll just hope it comes back again soon. We can't do anything about it yet. In the meantime, just try not to think about it too much," Jihee mentioned, messing with her sister's already messy hair. "So can we open the presents already? I waited for you to wake up."

"Sure," the younger replied with a laugh.
