I stayed in the hospital room for another day, continuing to ask when I could leave, they said they wanted me to stay longer. I wanted out, I hated hospitals. I finally convinced them to let me go back to my room and recover there. I asked Bucky to help me back to my room. Which he did without hesitation. The nurse brought a wheelchair in for bucky to push me around in, since I couldn't walk or use crutches, due to my broken leg and arm. But Bucky thought it would be funnier to carry me bridal style. I laughed.
I relaxed into his arms, resting my head on his chest.
He walked into the elevator, with me still in his arms,
"I feel so safe with you..." I said with my eyes closed while still resting on his chest.
I heard Buckys heart speed up.
Bucky carried me to my room, gently placing me on my bed. He was about to leave when I grabbed his arm.
"Stay with me?"
Bucky looked at me surprised. I scooted over in my bed, lifting the blankets and patting the spot next to me. Bucky looked nervous, but my puppy dog eyes always work on him. He got in the bed. I scooted back next to him. Wrapping my broken arm around his stomach, resting my head on his chest. His human arm snaked around me, resting his hand on my hip.
As I dozed off, I heard Bucky say,
"You have no idea what you do to me doll." As he kissed the top of my head.
I dozed off.
All I saw was the room I was trapped in, strapped to that same chair, but this time, around me on the ground was all of the Avengers, dead. I screamed out. Crying.
I woke up screaming, sweating, and alone.
Loki kicked my door open, running to me.
"Y/n! Are you alright? What's wrong?"
"You were all dead... Because of me... Because I'm not strong enough..." I said with tears running down my face.
Loki kneeled beside my bed, looking me in the eyes, wiping the tear from my cheek.
I threw my arms around him. He was taken back by this, but relaxed. I moved over, allowing Loki to sit on my bed, leaning against the headboard, I put my head in his lap. He stroked my hair, trying to calm me. I dozed off again.
When I woke again, My head was still in Lokis's lap, he was reading a book. When my eyes fluttered open, I also saw Wanda, sitting on the couch with a magazine in her hands, but she was looking directly at me.
"Really y/n? Loki? Gross..." She returned to her magazine, with a smile on her face.
I knew exactly what she was talking about. My face grew red from embarrassment.
"Were you looking in my dream?!"
"Hey blame him, he asked me to make sure you weren't having a nightmare. And from what I saw, you were having the total opposite of a nightmare..." She giggled.
I flicked my wrist, throwing a pillow at her with my mind, forgetting she can do the same thing, she stopped it without hesitation and laughed,
I finally looked up at Loki, who was looking down at me with his eyebrows raised and a slight smile on his face.
"And what was this dream about, may I ask?"
I shot a look at Wanda who was about to speak up,
"Don't you dare..."
Wanda closed her lips and smiled and returned to her reading.
Loki bent down and whispered in my ear, almost inaudible.
"You know, instead of dreaming about it, all you have to do is ask..." He said with a smirk.
I looked at him horrified. How did he know? It was like he read my mind at that point because he leaned down again and whispered,
"You mumbled my name, and when I say mumbled, I mean moaned---" I cut him off from finished his sentence by putting my hand over his mouth. My face a bright shade of red. I felt him laugh against my hand.
