Chapter 9 - Past II

Si Tiara ang sumalubong saakin.

"Girl, What happened to you? Why are you crying?.." She look worried about me

Nakatingin naman ako sa kanya, sinisinok at nahihiyang magsalita.

"Christelle! Answer me, what happened?.." lumapit sya saakin at maiingat na ginalaw ang aking balikat upang magising.

"Tiara.." muli nanamang tumulo ang aking mga luha, I can't speak properly..

"Girl, tell me.. What happened? Are you okay-- no, you are practically not okay but.. what happened to you?.." Mas lalong nag alala ang kanyang hitsura.

"T-tiara.. pwe..p-pwede bang bumalik ulit sa.. sa apartment na--natin?.." I can't speak properly because I am too embarrassed to come back here but.. I have no where to go.

It's been two months since I moved out to our apartment because I've been leaving together with Leonel, that's why I am shy to ask Tiara about coming back again.

"Of course.. You are always welcome in here, Christelle. Our apartment won't be happy without you.."

Niyakap ko sya nang mahigpit, "Thank you so much for accepting me again, Tiara. Thank you.. thank youu.." Paulit ulit ko itong sinabi habang nakayakap sa kanya

She hugged me back, "There is no need to thank me, Christelle. You are ourfamily, and family always welcoming each other..", She guided me inside our apartment after, "Now, You have to tell me what happened to you, because I am really worried here.." Maingat ang bawat pagbitiw nya ng mga salita, kahit strikta ay napaka bait talaga ni Tiara.

"Here, drink this." Binigyan nya ako ng isang baso ng tubig matapos nya akong maiupo sa couch.

"T-thank you.." mabilis ko itong naubos kaya bumalik ulit si Tiara sa kusina at dala na nito ang pitchel ng tubig.

Binigyan nya ulit ako habang patuloy sya sa pagpapakalma saakin.

"Are you okay now?" Tanong nito matapps ang ilang minutong pagpapakalma saakin.

Malungkot akong tumingin sa kanya, "Tiara.. am I bad person?.." mukha namang nagulat sya saaking tanong.

"W-what? No! Who told you that?.."

"Tiara.. ang sakit-sakit.." muli nanamang nahulog ang aking mga luha, "ang sakit-sakit kasi..lahat-lahat ng ma-mahal ko.. pinag..pinagtatabuyan ako.." I said between my sobs.

"No, Christelle. That's not true.." Tiara said while caressing my hair softly.

"It is, Tiara.." kinagat ko ang aking labi upang pigilan ang aking pag iyak ngunit walang silbi dahil kumawala pa din ito.

"Last week.." I paused to swallow, I can't speak properly. "Last week.. Leonel and I broken up. He said I'm no good and I am bo-boring..! Imagine?..the only man that I loved betrayed me by sleep..sleeping with my class..classmate.." I cried even harder.
