"Come out, come out wherever you are~!" A voice played along, followed by a low giggle coming fron the little girl. She was playing a hide-and-seek with a woman she had grown close to, Guizhong.

Her pure voice played along to wherever it supposed to be. Y/n giggled a little bit more. "I wonder where you are!"

Guizhong, a lady that helped Y/n to survive. When she had nothing, the lady came to help her. "Found you!"

A laugh errupted from both sides. Guizhong started to tickle her, while the poor innocent girl laughed. "Again! Again!" She cheered happily. The little girl opened her arms wide and waved it together, as if she was summoning a rainbow. And just like that, a small spark of rainbow did appear.

As much as Guizhong wanted to play, the sun had set down. "I think it's time to rest. We can play again, together with the others!"

"With Havria and Rex Lapis?"

Guizhong bit her lips. She wasn't sure about the dragon. "Yea, that's right!"

The little girl cheered through out the night. Those were the days she laughed and giggled carefree.

"Stop with your nonsense!"

She stopped reaching her arms to him. She pulled it backwards and watched as he sighed. The first time she saw him sighing with so much frusterations. "I was wrong. I shouldn't have told you about my past and all."

The pills were everywhere on the floor. "Just一leave me alone okay? Stay out of my sight. I don't need you and your lecture." She reached down to grab all the pills he had dropped out of anger. "Afterall, when did I ask for your advice."

As much as Y/n wanted to talk back, she kept her mouth shut. Just like the way she should've been. Her e/c watched as he left her balcony and disappeared to where Rex Lapis knew. Her heart sunk as her chest felt heavy. Was he that furious with her?

Her body bent down to pick up all the mess he一source; she had made. Even if her feelings weren't emotionally attached, Y/n still could feel the thought of diving in ten thousand feets below. Was it this painful to be left? She was left by hundreds and thousands of humans, but she had never felt so hurt before.

...

A shadow jumped to the balcony. He stood up and inspected around the room. That person was Xiao. He hadn't seen her for a few days ever since the arguement. Though, his mind told him to go back, his heart told him to find her to her rightful place.

Like what everyone said, your heart doesn't make sense. He took a step and opened the window. He did remember how she would always unlocked her window, so he could sneak in.

Of course, as an adepti, he didn't do it. And yet一unbelievably, he did it. Though, he shouldn't be walking in, he had to do it.

"Xing?"

. . .

'Where could you be?!'

Everyone knew who's Xing, but they don't know who's Y/n. Everyone was so close with Xing, but not the person who played behind all of those. Xiao's eyes kept wandering around the Harbour, Mingyun Village, Luhua Pool, everywhere he could think of.

But he couldn't find a sign of her presence. When Xiao walked in from the window, he couldn't find a single soul in the room. From buildings to buildings, mountains to mountains, he skipped. Not a single light was seen. But one place he hadn't searched yet, and he hadn't thought of it.
