Chapter 25 // Overtime

"Goodmorning, Miss Jisoo."
"Goodmorning, Secretary Miss Jisoo-ya!"
As I entered the office, all of the other employees are greeting me lively. This is only my second day in work that's why I am not yet used to this. And of course, I don't want to be rude, so, I would smile and greet back to them.
Forgetting about what happened yesterday and forgetting Jennie's scolding scene to me yesterday at our dorm.
*Flashback*
"Yah! Unnie!" Jennie glared at me when we got home to our dorm. Jeonghan only fetch me to bring me home safely, he still have some patients waiting for him.
I removed my heels as I sat down on our couch, then, I stood up again and I walked towards my room, passing by at Jennie's presence. "Yah! Unnie! Don't you hear me?" Her voice were stern. Knowing that she was already pissed.
I lazily turned around to face her. Jennie raised her brows while looking at me irritated. "What now, Jennie Kim?"
"What the hell did you just did, unnie?!" She crossed her arms while waiting to my answer in the middle of silence. Seems like our two maknae went out.
"Why did you accept the offer?! I thought you don't want to meet him? I thought you want to forget about him? You don't want to collide your world again with him? And what is this, huh? Unnie, wake up! You're his secretary, meaning to say you are going to be with him all day!" She gasped, after saying all of those.
Sighed. "I know, Jennie. I didn't expect this either to happen. You know that this is not what I asked for but they gave this to me, what can I do?" My body suddenly fell on the couch as I felt all the tiredness, I was feeling earlier.
"Quit it, unnie. Resign. Do not continue the contract, don't feel threatened to what he said. I am saying this not for me, not for us your members, not for Jin and not for Jeonghan. I am saying this for you, unnie. You are already starting to be happy again with, Jeonghan oppa. You are already fixing yourself and Jeonghan oppa are healing you. He was giving all he can just to make you happy, to moved on to what pain Jin caused you."
"Look who's talking, as if you are not doing the same to Wonwoo and Taehy--"
"Don't involve them, I am just confused right now, okay? And please don't change the topic." Jennie rolled her eyes.
"Please, don't worry about me. I'm fine, I know what I am doing, Jennie. I am trying my best to avoid him, trying my best not to get attached to him." I smiled at her, assuring her that I will surely do that.
"Yeah? You think I would believe that?" Jennie rolls her eyes, but then, she sighed before she sat down beside me. "It's your choice, unnie. It's all yours, let your mind think and let your heart do the work. Just remember that we're always here for you. Come to my house, we'll cheer you up whenever you have a problem." She smiled genuinely.
I hugged her before talking. "Thank you, Jennie. You're the best!"
*End of flashback*
"Good morning, Jisoo unnie." Before I enter Jin's office, a girl that looks younger than me greeted in the front desk.
"Hi, good morning!" I smiled at her. "What's your name? Why are you new to me? I didn't saw you here yesterday--"
"Ahh... I just got hired, unnie. And I am Kim Sihyeon." She shyly said.
"Yah, use some manners! Call her madame or sunbaenim since she's our boss secretary." The girl on her left side whispered. Though, I still heard it.
