"Ash and I will be going to our room. See you later, Yumeko!" Eiji said. The girl nodded and went to her group of friends. Eiji took Ash's hand and started leading him to where the student rooms are. (We're gonna say they have dorms) Eiji took the key and unlocked the door to their room. Sayaka made sure to give them Eiji's old dorm room (aka the nicest one there cuz ;) ).
"Woah, this is a nice room!" Ash said, only now processing the amount of money the school must have if they can afford such rooms for their students.
"Yeah, this was my old dorm when I still went to school here. But you should go bathe, Ash. I'm sure that tomorrow will be a day full of gambling." Eiji said with a sigh.
"About that, I'm really curious to see how good you actually are. Everyone treats you as if you were some gambling legend." Eiji just laughed,
"In a way, I am." Ash just rolled his eyes and went to the bathroom. Eiji unpacked all their things and put on a clean pair of clothes. He pulled out his laptop and opened up his bank account, withdrawing a l o t of money to make sure he has enough for tomorrow.
'I wonder how Ash will react when he sees the things Yumeko and I bet just for the fun of it' he thought. Eiji didn't want to gamble, at all.
The sun finally came up and Eiji slowly woke up and slid out of Ash's grasp, he walked over the school uniforms, the bright red overcoat that haunted his dreams. "Moring Eiji," A half-asleep Ash mumbled, Eiji snapped out of his daze and smiled at him, "Good morning!"
Dressed and ready, the boys headed out of their dorm, to see all of Yumeko's friends.
"Eiji! Are you excited to be back?" "To be completely honest, No!" Eiji said this with a smile, Yumeko pouted, "C'mon, it's Hyakkou! What's not to love?" "Apparently Midari-" Eiji laughed as Yumeko flinched at that name. "She's annoying."
Magical Time skip to after school bc school SUCKKKKSSS
Ash was shocked by the number of casino games that were around the school. Poker, Texas Hold'em, Roulette, and a game of rock paper scissors with cards? "Isn't it great?" Yumeko asked Ash, "I guess, I'm not that familiar with gambling." "Don't worry, you don't have to if you don't want to." "Then can we leave?" Eiji chipped in, "Nope! Everyone has been wondering where you were you can't just not gamble" Eiji sighed and Ash tried not to laugh. It only took a few minutes for someone to try and gamble with Eiji.
It was a simple game of poker, 5 cards, enough chips, basic rules. First round up, Eiji had An Ace, Queen, 10, 5, and a 3, and from the looks of it his opponent had a much better hand, "Check" "Check". Eiji handed three cards to the dealer as the opponent only handed in one, Eiji's new hand hand was much better, Two queens, an Ace, and two four's. (Imma name this 'opponent' Haruki bc why not) Haruki Laughed, "Raise, three chips." He was confident, Eiji nodded and tossed his chips into the pot (Pot just means middle or center, it is where the chips usually are) "Hah, Two Tens." Haruki showed his cards with great pleasure, that was soon crushed. "Cute, two queens, ace high" Eiji showed his hand, taking the coins in the pot.
Ash was impressed, and Yumeko was almost in a gambling freak-
They were five rounds in and Eiji seemed, bored? He had almost all the chips, it wasn't going anywhere, Haruki would be confident and risky, and Eiji would up him. Just when it seems he was out of chips. "RAISE! MY LIFE PLAN!" The whole room went silent- Hanuki continued, "For the next and final three rounds, we gamble our life plans, who over wins the most out of three, gets the chips and the life plan!" Eiji was finally excited, "I don't see why not." Ash leaned down to Eiji "Are you sure, this is a high gamble?" Eiji only nodded in response.
First-round in, Hanuki won. In the second round, Eiji won. At this point, both Eiji and Yumeko were in a gambling freak. Haruki was terrified, his hand sucked, Eiji, and a Royal flush, but of course they weren't aware yet. "Are you chickening out? You pull off this big move just to what, tell me just kidding?!" The red eyes almost everyone in the room was familiar with, whether from Eiji himself or from Yumeko, the room was watching, Eiji looked straight up to the ceiling, "You got me all riled up and for what? I should have known, someone who gambles for the money, reputation, or power, can never understand the true RUSH!" Haruki was hyperventilating, everything he worked up to get at this school was about to leave him, and never return.
Eiji started to laugh, his eyes glowing the bright red that haunted many people in that room,
"C'mon, show your cards, there's a chance you win!" Haruki threw his cards down, reviling the no pairs, but one singular ace, followed by some other random cards that were useless.
Eiji revealed his royal flush, surprising everyone in the room, mostly Ash. Shocked by Eiji's performance.

Back at their dorm, Eiji broke down Ash tried to calm him. Wrapped in his arms, Eiji cried, probably the hardest he's cried since he lost his parents. "I'm never touching anything related to gambling again, I can't handle my own gambling freak. Ash didn't know how to help, he didn't have a gambling past or gambling issues, all he could do was try to help Eiji become whoever he wanted to be, giving him repayment for all the times he helped Ash. "I don't know how to comfort you, but I will always be here."
"Forever, Right?"
"Yeah, Forever."
The boys found comfort in each other's arms, forever.
A/N, OMFG we finally got around to making a chapter and I'm pretty sure this chapter was good and then crappy when I attempted a gamble but this is a Kakegurui crossover so expect more crappy gambling! Word count (Bc I'm proud also not including A/N) 1010
