Katniss Everdeen has just come back of the victory tour with Peeta when they receive the news of a 75th edition of the Hunger Games, which is going to be celebrated only with the victors.
She prepares herself for them and begs Heymitch to keep Peeta alive instead of her, but little does she knows how much this games will change her life...
Not only will she become the icon of a revolution, but she will also meet the love of her life.
But things are not so easy and their love turns out to be a forbidden love.
Two victors of different districts who will probably end up seeing how the other looses his/her life can't be together, right?
That's what Katniss thought, at least: feelings should always be separated from the arena, and more between different districts, but Finnick won't give up on her so easily.
He has had a big crush on her since the first time he saw her in the games and will fight for his feelings without caring about what the capitol thinks.
But Katniss is scared, what if Snow makes her pay for following her heart instead of following the script she has been tied to? What if he hurts her family or Peeta?, but most importantly, What if he makes Finnick pay for his actions?
All situations would be terrible....
But Finnick is just so charming and seductive and so hard to resist....
Katniss ends up falling for him like she had never done for anybody else....
Will this mean a death penalty for Finnick and Katniss? Will they be able to show their love for each other despite the dangers of Panem?
