Misty was still in the baby wrap because Stevie didn't want to let her go, especially after the hellish three weeks,  and Cordelia was sitting in the cart as they stared at the baby food aisle.

"Oh my god." Stevie states.

"Where do we even start?" Lindsey asks.

"Probably stage one...I would think." Stevie sighs going over to the section that says stage one.

"App Sauce," Cordelia says out of the blue.

"Do you want apple sauce, we'll get you some apple sauce." Lindsey nods and Stevie gasps.

"Apple Sauce...here, look Apples," Stevie states grabbing the little jar of pureed apples.

"Bananas." Lindsey grabs that jar and puts it in the cart.

Stevie and Lindsey just go ham grabbing the little jars. They grab one more thing of apples and bananas and then two jars of pears, two jars of pumpkin, two jars of sweet potato, two of carrots, two of green beans, and then Lindsey found the fun ones throwing in a jar that was labeled chicken and chicken broth, one that was labeled beef broth and gravy, and one that said turkey and gravy. And Stevie threw in a thing of baby oatmeal cereal stuff. But even though she wanted to give her the fancy flavors she didn't know what Misty was going to like.

"Hey, Steph." Lindsey states.

"Hmm,"

"Should we get teething stuff?"

"Probably...um let's just...let's comb through the baby section get her some new outfits, some more toys. Books. She's older now and we're going to have her for the rest of her life so maybe we should start getting things. And this one too because you can't buy stuff for one and not the other." Stevie runs her fingers through Cordelia's hair.

While at Walmart, Stevie learned that it's almost impossible to go to the grocery store with her children and her husband without a grocery list. Simply because of all the things that they thew in the cart. Lindsey threw Pretzels, Coca-Cola, Popcorn, Plain potato chips, and French Onion Dip, Chocolate Chip Cookies, cranberry juice, ice cream, whipped cream, strawberry shortcake shells. Cordelia because she was trapped and couldn't physically throw things in the cart pointed at, Lindsey throwing them in the cart. Chocolate Chip Teddy Grahams, Goldfish, Graham Crackers, Animal Crackers, fruit snacks, apple sauce, apple juice,  and of course her dino nuggets, and smiley fries. But she also got cheese sticks as well.

However, there were a few things that Lindsey threw in that she approved of. Almonds, Pistachios, and Cashews. Though the girls couldn't eat them they were a healthy snack that she could at least indulge in. He also threw in regular crackers, Cheerios, and Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. She was okay with that because Cordelia would eat them. Not to mention the things they ACTUALLY needed such as; gallons of formula water, milk, coffee, tea, Canned corn, and green beans, chicken noodle soup, tomato soup, pasta, pasta sauce, boxed mac and cheese, baked beans, lunch meat, bread, sliced cheese. shredded cheese, tortilla shells. canned fruit such as pears, mandarin oranges, and pineapple because Cordelia would eat that for snacks as well. He also grabbed some rice and salad. Stevie had mentioned wanting to make chicken Ceasar salads. They let Cordelia choose the fresh fruit that they bought and she chose, clementines, bananas, raspberries, apples, blueberries, strawberries-which prompted Lindsey to grab the shells and the whipped cream-grapes, watermelon, and blackberries. They also loaded up on baby carrots, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, mashed potatoes, regular potatoes, ground beef, hotdogs, roast, steak, chicken, pork chops, bacon, and ground turkey. eggs, and of course yogurt-blueberry and plain.

The girl at the register cooed when she saw the girls but then she swooned when she saw Lindsey take Cordelia out of the cart seat and hoist her up in his arms to make room in the cart for their grocery bags and Stevie felt it extremely rude that the girl was flirting with him while she was standing right there, so Stevie's gaze fell to the back pocket of his really tight jeans.

"Lindsey, we'll use your card." Stevie states.

"Can you get it out of my wallet then?" He asks.

"Absolutely." She smiles sticking her hand right in his back pocket and pulling out his wallet. Patting his butt for good measure.

The girl clears her throat and then asks. "Your total is  459.69 How old are they?"

"Two and six months," Stevie states handing over Lindsey's card without batting an eye and then signing Stephanie Buckingham on the receipt that was laid in front of her nonchalantly marking her territory.

When they get home though it's really close to Cordelia's bedtime Stevie turns to Lindsey. "I think I'm going to go put my nightgown and bathrobe on. I'll grab pajamas for the girls while you start putting the groceries away,  and then when I get back down, we can watch the new movie that Cordelia wanted."

Cordelia had asked for Alice in Wonderland at the store instead of a couple of new toys and outfits and Stevie gladly gave in.

"Fine Angel." Lindsey nods kissing her head.

Stevie went upstairs and changed into her nightgown and then she grabbed the girls' pajamas. Opting to go for the Cordelia's Kitty jammies and Misty's elephant jammies and then she made her way downstairs. She let Cordelia strip right in the middle of the living room floor as she changed Misty's diaper and her outfit and then with Misty on her hip, she and Cordelia made their way into the kitchen. Stevie let her sit in the middle of the kitchen floor and get the groceries out of the bag handing them up to the parents. Once they were all set, they got comfy on the couch with the movie playing. The girls only lasted halfway through before they were both fast asleep and then Stevie sniffled.

Lindsey looked at her with a concerned look on his face and she just smiled tears brimming her eyes.

"What? What's the matter, Angel?" Lindsey inquires.

"Mixed emotions." She sniffles.

"Why?"

"We got our babies back...but, but, I leave on September 30th." Stevie cries.

"You're going on tour...Shit." Lindsey states.

"I don't want to leave them."

"It'll...it'll be fine and we'll go...we'll go see you on tour." Lindsey nods.

"Really?" She questions.

"Really. And I'll show Misty your picture every night so she remembers you." Lindsey states.

"I didn't even think of that...hell I didn't think of that when they took the girls." Stevie bites her lip.

"Anyhow, it'll be fine. We'll make it work."
