Clay's POV.

It was early morning. The bed was lonely with only myself in it, Y/n had made it into her own place but she still came over every morning to take me up because I had oversleeping problems. When it rained she came over to 'help' me. I knew she was scared of it and I didn't mind it, I missed her 24/7 company.
I was tired, I didn't sleep well but it was confusing. Y/n wasn't here. I had gotten up myself and walked out my house and into hers, we lived right across from each other. She was on her couch and passed out, she had the smell of burnt toast lingering around the house. She was lying down but she was uncovered and balled up with her legs to her chest, my lips curled into a smile.

I had walked over to get her a blanket, the one she had on the couch was thin and her house was cold, I sighed and walked off to grab her a better more thicker one. After getting the blanket i returned to see Y/n moved around and was not only stretched out but I could see her face. She looked so calm, I carefully put the blanket over her and I saw a small smile show over her face, I smiled myself and went to clear the burnt toast smell. I found a very much burnt and cold grilled cheese, it must've been out all night. Y/n probably got upset with something and gave up on the sandwich-
I threw it away and decided to make some pancakes.
I got out the stuff and simply began cooking.
I heard some shuffling and saw Y/n staring at me, her eyes squinted with tired and her hair was messy.
"Good morning and why are you in my house- is it not like 6?-"
She rubbed the tired out of her eyes and I smiled.
"It's almost 10- p l u s we need to head George's palace, because as king of the SMP he sent out invitations for a royal ball to e v e r y o n e without telling anyone and it's tomorrow- so we need to find you a dress- I have a suit that I used last year but I'm sure Niki will let you borrow a dress!"
She looked confused but she nodded and lied back down.
"What time do we have to go?"
She asked.
"Anytime before 12- so we have two hours"
She nodded and got up walking over to me, I was flipping the pancake and she hugged me from behind. I smiled and turned around.
There was a plate with four pancakes on it and Y/n grabbed one and ran off.
"PANCAKE!!"
She shouted, she had taken a bite out the pancake and ran into her room. I laughed.
"YOU CHILD- YOUR LUCKY I DONT WANNA BURN A PANCAKE-"

Well we finished a breakfast of pancakes and bacon, got dressed and made it to the castle and George and sapnap were already deciding the seating for the dinner. 50 people were invited, 50 chairs were set up.
The day went by quickly, the kids would handle music. Halfway through the day Eret, Niki, and Puffy pulled Y/n away for a surprise-

Y/n's POV.

Niki, Eret, and Puffy had pulled me aside to do something for me.. we made it to Eret's palace and I was blindfolded, I didn't like it- they brought me to a room where a fabric was brought to my hand, it felt like lace.
Niki took off my blindfold and I saw the most beautiful champagne ball gown.
"Woahhh.. you guys made this?"
They all smiled.
"Yeah! We've been working on it 24/7 for the past 3 weeks!"
Niki said, her eyes filled with excitement and joy.
"You'd all look fantastic in it! Niki the color really compliments your eyes!"
Eret chuckled.
"That's the catch! It's for you!"
I let the words ring in my head, for me, they spent 3 weeks on a dress for me.. no one has ever personally tailored me a dress- or anything for that matter, and the dress was magnificent. I felt tears well in my eyes..
"No ones did this for me.. like ever.. I can't believe it.."
I felt the trickle of tears down my face. I had seen Niki out the corner of my eye walk up to me and wipe the tear off my face and smile,
"Don't cry! We're friends! It's what we do! Plus you actually saved all of us- on many occasions- and we thought you deserved it!"
I felt her embrace me. As the second ticked by Eret joined in and as did Puffy.
I felt happy.
I had friends.
I had Niki, Eret, Puffy, George, Sapnap, and the entireSMP on my side. [trust me. Remember this sentence.]
I had Clay.
The preparation was simple, now for the ball.
