The pounding of the bathroom door was loud.

One was inside, splashing water and placing shampoo on her hair at the same time, while the other was the one pounding outside.

"Lalisa! I swear to god, I woke you up an hour ago not for you to sleep again!" Jennie shouted.

"Nini, if you don't stop breaking the door down, I'll never finish." Lisa shouted through the door.

Jennie gave up and went to the living room to wait for Lisa. It was Saturday, and Jennie's dad was expecting them to come over for a dinner. Three days ago, she invited Rosie and Jisoo as well, when her dad heard that they were coming over.

Even if Jennie doesn't say it out loud, she and V are tensed. Will their mom be around as well? V has been calling her since last night, asking if Ms. Kim said any confirmation about coming, sadly Jennie never received any message from her mom.

So they both concluded, their mom isn't going.

Fifteen minutes later, Lisa emerged from the bedroom all dressed up. While smiling innocently on Jennie and attempting to kiss her but was immediately cancelled when Jennie began sending killer glares.

"Let's hurry, honey." Lisa said before hurrying out of the condo so Jennie won't reach her and do something murderous.

After successfully driving to the highway, they were on their way to Daegu. It was almost four in the afternoon, and dinner was not later than six. 

The drive was quiet, Jennie fell asleep twenty minutes through the drive. Since she was awake as early as seven earlier when her manager called her about a new offer which was about a new make up brand, and she settled it to be scheduled after her month break. She didn't go back to bed then, and spent the morning cleaning the condo. She woke Lisa up by one so she can eat and they will leave by three, but Lisa fell asleep once more which resulted to the bathroom door wreckage.

Because Lisa didn't eat any breakfast or lunch, her stomach was growling. She didn't wanna wake Jennie up to ask her if they brought any food, so she waited until the next gasoline stop on the highway where there are drive thru fastfood.

She quietly bought a burger for herself and left some for Jennie as well. She parked for a while, not wanting to multitask while driving and quickly finished her food before Jennie can wake up.

When they are near, Jennie began shifting on her seat and eventually waking up.

"Hi, we're near." Lisa said, "There is some burger at the back if you want. I bought some earlier, I was hungry."

"Why didn't you wake me up? I could've fed you while you drove."

"I stopped at the gasoline station and ate it quick."

"Sorry, I was so sleepy." Jennie said while reaching for the food.

"It's okay."

When they pulled up on a familiar restaurant, Jennie smiled. The last time she was here was about three months after the divorce, and the resto looked a bit old then. Now that it was newly renovated, it looked amazing.

They entered the resto, with a wine on their hand. A few of the waitress was shocked seeing Jennie. They have all been waiting for her arrival since two days ago when their boss told them his daughter will be here. Taehyung immediately went for a hug and kissed Jennie's cheeks while giving Lisa a hug as well.

"Dad is in the kitchen. Take a seat." he said. Some of the waitress was amazed at how close the siblings were, they even asked V if they can all have a picture with Jennie, since they were all close with V.
