My first day started brilliantly, really. No one in my dorm felt the need to wake me up before they left so I jumped out of bed into my robes. I already missed breakfast so I went straight to my first class. I was lucky that Professor Snape hadn't arrived yet, I didn't want detention on my first day. I sat down in the only empty seat that was left, luckily for me, it was next to Dean. It's not that we were friends but we can get along a little.

"You're late, Bella." He says right after I sat down. "I know, I oversl-" but before I could finish that sentence, I got interrupted by the heavy door swinging open. Snape enters the room with quite a show, as always. I don't like him as a teacher but I sure love how he gets everyone's attention the second he walks into a room.

"Everyone turn to page 30 and take out your notebook." He started and everyone immediately did what he commended. "Now you're gonna spend the next hour starting on your essay about the Amortentia potion, can anyone tell me what the Amorentia potion is?" Hermione immediately put up her hand. How is it that she knows the answer to every question in the universe? "No one? How disappointing," Snape says with his back to us. "Please, professor." Hermione started. "The Amorentia potion is the most powerful love potion in the world. It is distinctive for its mother-of-pearl sheen, and steam rises from the potion in spirals. Amortentia smells different to each person, according to what attracts them." of course, she knows it. "Speaking without permission, Miss Granger? 20 points from Gryffindor." thanks Hermoine. "Now I want your essays tomorrow on my desk no acceptions." He said and sat down on the chair behind his desk expecting us to start writing our essay. of course, everyone did what he expected as soon as the silence fell in the cold dark classroom. That hour went faster than I'd imagined just like the rest of the lessons before lunch.

"So, I was thinking of maybe training twice more than last year. Just before the season starts of course." Oliver says to the twins who, based on their faces as soon as the words left Olie's mouth, didn't agree with their friend. "Do you want us dead before we start the season?" George says. "Yhea Oliver, We trained almost every single day last year. I don't even think it's possible." Fred continues. "There is no way that Freddie is going to practice every day this year, I missed him too much already last year." His girlfriend next to him says irritated with the fact that Oliver was even thinking of letting them train every day. "Come on guys if we want to win this year we need to practice as much as we can. Bell, what do you think?" He suddenly asks. "Me? Why do you need my opinion? I'm not on the team and don't know that much about quidditch." I remind him. "I thought you were going to try out this year?" He says raising his eyebrows reminding me of what I said on the train. "I said that I'll think about it. And even if I am trying out this year it doesn't mean I'll make the team. As I said I don't know that much about quidditch." I say as I stab my fork into the potato on my plate not feeling like eating it. " come on Bell, I've seen you play this summer you're almost as good as me." George says trying to hype me up a little (What obviously didn't work). "even better!" Fred says. "He'll just never admit it." He teas his twin brother with a wide grin on his face. loud laughter escaped out of everyone's mouth, except George who just rolled his eyes at his brother's comment. "I'll think about it, okay?" And with that, they all dropped the subject.
