At 5 am I was wide awake, yeah I was in the dark I was falling hard with an open heart (A/N sorry couldn’t help myself!) I know that Jaymi and Olly said last night not wake them up before earliest 7 am or else they would hide all the presents and we wouldn’t get any until the families came at 6 pm for the Christmas dinner. I tried to find a way to keep myself entertained until it was time to wake them up, but I couldn’t find any. Reading a book just made me more bored and JJ was no fun either.

He just kept sleeping even though I was poking his sides for ages. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore and jumped on top of him, hoping that the weight would wake him up, but it didn’t, so I kissed him and that woke him up.

“Merry Christmas, Love!” “Merry Christmas, JJ! I love you!” “Love you too, can I sleep now?” “NO! It’s 6.39 am and I can’t wait any longer!!! I wanna open my presents and sing Christmas songs and drink hot cocoa with marshmallows and candy canes! I want it to be Christmas!!” “But Love, it IS Christmas, it’s just a bit too early for some of us to function! And I...”

Before he could finish the sentence, he was interrupted by Niall yelling from the other side of the hall.

“But Liam I want food!!” “No Nialler you heard Jolly last night!” “But Lili!” “Niall those puppy eyes won’t get you anywhere!” “But Lili!” “OI KEEP IT DOWN OR I WILL EAT YOUR GIFTS! I SWEAR!” Jaymi yelled.

I ran out of our room and into Jolly’s, jumping on their bed as I yelled “Jaaaaaaaaymi!” loudly. He couldn’t say no to me, not when I acted like a child. “Georgieeeeeeeeeeee!” he squealed back, sitting up and rubbing his eyes tiredly. “Can we go downstairs now? Pweease!” “Alright alright! Just let me get dressed and I got light the candles, then you can go, okay?” “Yay! Thanks Jay! Merry Christmas! Oh and Merry Christmas Olly!!” “Finally someone noticed that I was still in here! Merry Christmas Georgie!” “Merry Christmas babe! And George, get out!”

Storming out of Jaymi and Olly’s room I ran straight for my suitcase and pulled out my monkey onesie and pulled it on, before running down the stairs and into the living room where Jaymi had lit all the candles. The tree looked amazing with the mountain of presents underneath.

A few minutes later the others came down the stairs looking rather excited about the huge amount of presents, and the hot cocoa that Olly just put down on the coffee table.

---2 hours of unwrapping presents later---

The once humongous mountain of gifts was long gone and everyone was enjoying the gifts they got. I got a blanket with monkeys on it and a monkey teddy of JJ as well as a lot of other monkey related thing.

Wrapping paper was everywhere and the Christmas music was playing loudly from Louis’ new speakers that Niam got him. The three girls were talking about the stuff they got in a corner while someone was busy in the kitchen making food for the dinner tonight when our families comes over.

I looked at my friends and smiled. Yeah we might got separated for a while, but now we are all back together, even Harry and his girlfriend Simona showed up during the gift exchange, which had Louis jumping for joy.

All in all it had been the best Christmas of my life, and I wouldn’t like to spend it any other way than with my best friends and my boyfriend.
