Jaymi and I drove into town to get the food for the Christmas dinner. I was a bit bummed that it still hadn’t snowed here because I love when it snows and it’s not Christmas without the snow. Jaymi must have seen the disappointed look on my face because he smiled at me and started singing our favourite Christmas song; White Christmas. I turned on the radio and surprisingly it was playing. We squealed and started singing along
When we reached town, we quickly found the grocery shop and started to gather everything we needed. It took us a few hours to get everything, but when it was all paid for and put away in the trunk of the car, we decided to take a stroll through the town.
Every shop where nicely decorated with tasteful Christmas decorations and fairy lights. We went into a few and just enjoyed each other’s company.
This town were really tiny and as it started to get dark, thousands of fairy lights lit up the streets instead of the normal streetlights that I was used to from London.
It created a fairytale vibe to the place and it was hard to believe it was even real. Just as we thought it couldn’t get more beautiful, it started to snow.
The white flakes were pouring from the dark sky and painted the ground in an off-white colour. I smiled widely at Jaymi as he pulled me into a kiss. It wasn’t heated or anything. Just short, sweet and perfect. Just like Jaymi.
“You got your snow!” “I know it’s perfect!” “You are perfect!” “No you are!” “We both are?” “Deal! But you are the cute one in this relationship!” “That’s fine by me! You can be the sexy one then!” “Oh really?” “Yeah...” “So I’m sexy huh?” “I believe so!” “Well then I guess I’m allowed to do this!” “Do wh...”
Before I could even finish my sentence, he threw me over his shoulder and ran with me to the car. I giggled the whole way.
He sat me down and planted a more passionate kiss on my lips. Wrapping his arms around my waist, he pulled me even closer if that was even possible.
This is definitely gonna be the most perfect Christmas EVER!!!
