Shuichi's POV

After my horrendous dream I couldn't take it no more and snuck out of the room and there was a security guard searching around so I simply pickpocketed him for the card to the utility closet. I then opened the utility closet and got a piece of long wire and snuck back into the room and had to be really quite with my movements, I grabbed a chair and slowly climbed on and tied the wire around my neck and tied the other end to the highest point in the room and jumped, but when I jumped off the chair fell from under me making a loud crashing noise.

Kaede's POV

I wake up from a loud crashing noise and saw Shuichi hanging and choking, so I untied him and he fell on the bed," Shuichi why did you try that?!" I hugged him and he nervously hugged me back," Because of you and you-." I broke off the hug and started to cry," Because of me. " "Kaede no that's not true." "I know it." And then I ran out making noise," Kaede let me explain!" "No! I don't need your damn explanation." I saw Kirumi walk out of her room and call for me but I didn't stop.

Shuichi's POV

Kirumi decides to drag me into her room and question me like did you hit her, emotionally bully her, or did you do anything sexually inappropriate," Kirumi all I did was try to commit suicide and she didn't let me explain my reason." She looked at me with wide eyes," Are you ok?" "Look I don't care if I'm ok, what really matters is Kaede's health, let's look for her." She looked down but agreed to it anyways.

Kaede's POV

I find a spot in the bathroom and start scavenging for something sharp there was nothing, I needed to go to the dining hall it was the closest place that had sharp objects. I went into the kitchen and got a knife but unfortunately Shuichi and Kirumi spotted me and ran after me, I ran back into the restroom and started to cut myself. I mean I deserve it if Shuichi's reason to commit suicide is because of me I deserve to be in some sort of pain or at least kill myself, I stayed there cutting myself for 10 minutes and started passing out because of blood loss until I heard Shuichi's voice and also heard Kirumi's voice, I wanted to shout for help but it just came out as a squeak I saw Shuichi come towards me and pick me up," I..I would s..say your a g..gentleman for saving m..me but w..why are y..you in the g..g..girls bathroom*laughs*." I said weakly," Kaede this is no time to be making jokes." He brought me to Kirumi and they brought me to her room where they will treat my wounds and soon after I passed out...

Shuichi's POV

Kaede is safe now in Kirumi's room and she is now patching up Kaede's wounds while I leaned against the wall and looked at the floor," Poor Kaede, she did this because she thought she was forced to." I could tell that she was doing this make me feel even worse, she was still groaning in pain, " Her slashes were deep, but not too deep that it will last a long time." I was relived,"And also you need to apologize and tell her the reason why you tried that." I just nodded and waited for her to wake up.

Timeskip

Kaede finally woke up," Where a..am I?" I was most definitely the face she didn't want to see," Ugh, why you?!" I started to tear up," Oh...ok, I'll leave." "W..Wait! Don't leave that sounded worse then it should've, I'm sorry..." " Its ok Kaede if your mad at me." She looked sad, then she started tear up and cried,"Thank you for everything, being nice to me, caring about my health, and saving me!" She was crying out loud now," Kaede, I'm sorry you didn't deserve what I did to you and do you want to hear my explanation?" She silently nodded yes,
"Look I just wasn't in the right state of mind and said something that only happened in a dream, *huff* and I'm foolish to actually let that take over my words. Like I said this is on me, I'm sorry." She looked worried for me, " What dream would push you too such extremes?" " Oh nothing really it wasn't that bad." Just when Kaede was going to rip me a new one we heard a knock on the door," Shuichi? I expected to see Kirumi, anyways I heard crying and wanted top make sure everything was okay." It was Kiibo," Oh everything's fine." I shut the door on him but he opened it again," Shuichi are you sure because your acting quite strange." " N..No everything's fine." I shut the door on him again but this time I locked it," Shuichi Saihara! When you try to commit suicide and say it's because of a dream and then wipe off the dream like it's nothing *thinking* you are just someone that nobody loves but people care about you and love you so you can't think like that!" I was so appalled by her words they actually helped me accept that and I didn't even know that I was crying," Shuichi was I a bit forceful with my words?" "No Kaede you helped me." " Well I'm going to thank Kirumi for everything and leave." "Kaede you can't your still injured." " It's fine Shuichi and I can hide underneath my vest." I would argue back but I just didn't have enough energy, she then thanked Kirumi and dragged me to the room. That's when Kirumi asked Kaede if she can talk me she sure and left without me but teased me before she left," Shuichi since you guys are hoping to be doing...... that ummm you look more like a bottom because you don't look like someone who would know what to do on top. Byeee." She was laughing and I was blushing when I slowly went into Kirumi's room," Thank you for doing what asked of you, Mr. Shuichi." "Kirumi I just actually felt bad and didn't do it just because you told me to." I gave her a light smile and she smiled back,"Well that's even better." We just sat there in complete silence until," Oh you can leave Mr.Shuichi you don't have to stay." "Kirumi before I leave don't say my name so formally just say Shuichi. Bye." " Bye Shuichi." She smiled back at me I smiled back, when I got back to my room Kaede was already on her bed waiting for me," So you two are more of a quickie type ok. Were you on the bottom or the top?" I was blushing," K..Kaede! I didn't do anything like that she just thanked me for something." " Ok, whatever you say." We both looked away blushing, I get why I was blushing but why Kaede? We both went to bed and tried to forget what happened tonight.
