Here's one for you DM's that want to induce insanity.

Appearance: A 20 foot linked chains that have an ominous purple glow to them.

Description: These chains, made by a mad-man, induces a person with insanity for how ever long is attached to the person. Please note that at least 80% of the chain has to be attached to a person for this effect to happen.

Attribute: Causes insanity in a person when 80% of the chain is touching them. (What affect his causes is up to the DM)
