Here's one for you DM's that want to have a childish noble be a part of your campaign.
The players are in the hub area when a star stuck person walks up to them. The person will say how they are 'so cool' & the person asks to see one of there expensive items.
If the players decided not to do that the person will start to pout & then eventually through a fit saying that the party is 'rude, meenies'. If the player decided to then give them the item, they will say that they don't want it & pout harder.
If the players hand it over for the person to see, the person will just walk away with it. If the players ask for it back the person will say something along the lines of 'finders keepers, loser's weepers' & then to gloat.
Eventually in both situations the local ruler will come & berate the person who has been annoying the party. The party will then find out that this person is part of the ruler's close family. None the less the ruler will give the party back the item & or compensate them for it in the case it was destroyed. (making 'the person' in there mid twenties or thirties would be the best age for comedic purposes)
