Necklace of Water breathing (equipment idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some water breathing.

Appearance: A silver necklace that has aquamarine jewels studded around it.

Description: This necklace, made my merfolk, was made with the hopes to increase relations between land dwellers & sea dwellers. These necklaces often get confused with other regular necklaces. For it to work, all you need to do is to wear it around your neck & you should be perfectly able to breath underwater.

Attribute: Allows the wearer to breath underwater.
