Days pass by so fast. Before I knew it, it's already September. I've been really busy the past few months. I was hustling for my brand, which thankfully has been launched already, just last week. Vlogs. Shoots. Collaborations. Endorsements. Fanmeet. Ang dami kong ganap and although it's tiring, I am not complaining at all. 

Naging abala rin si Kai. There are actually times when we don't see each other in a day at all. May mga pagkakataong nangingibang-bansa siya for conference meeting, for business proposals and stuffs like that. Sa nagdaang mga araw, mas nakita ko kung gaano rin siya ka-busy. He's a tycoon so that's not very surprising. 

"That's it for today, Han." Rina smiled

Nasa van na kaming pareho. It's already 10 in the evening. Katatapos lang ng endorsement shoot ko.

"Okay, thank you." 

I can finally sleep atleast 6 hours. Gosh. Kung hindi dahil sa concealer, baka nagmukha na akong panda. I was removing my false lashes when I heard my phone ring. I immediately answered it when I saw Kai's name.

"Hello?"

"Tapos ka na?" 

Tumingin ako sa bintana kung saan nagsisingitan ang mga sasakyan. Rush hour.

"Yes." I answered briefly

I forgot to mention, for the past few weeks, Khalil's like this. Tatawag para magtanong ng kung ano-ano. 

"Kumain ka na?" 

Sabi ko na eh. Rinig kong tumikhim si Rina at ngumising parang aso. I immediately pressed my phone when I realized naka loudspeak ang call.

"Tapos na, Kai." 

"Really? Anong kinain mo?"

"A pack of oreo." 

"What? That's it? Dinner mo na 'yun?" nag-iba ang tono niya

Here he is again with his Tatay mode. 

"Diet nga ako, diba?" umirap ako sa kawalan

"A pack of oreo for dinner because you're on a diet? Really, Hannah? You call that healthy lifestyle?" 

I twitched my lips.

"Fine. Kakain ako sa nearest resto-"

"Dumiretso ka na rito. I cooked." 

"Ano niluto mo?" 

"Aglio Olio. I also baked some pizza, the vegetarian one."

That made me smile. Of course that will make me come home fast. He cooked my faves eh!

"Hello girls! I missed you both!" 

Nawala lahat ng pagod ko nang salubungin ako nina Kala at Bala. I placed my handbag on the center table and sat on the sofa. There, I scooped my babies and hugged them so tight. Ang sarap talaga umuwi kapag sila ang sumasalubong. 

"Change your clothes. Anong oras na, wala ka pang dinner." 

Nag-angat ako ng tingin kay Khalil. My eyes almost widened when I saw him in his off-white singlet, showing his broad shoulders and his veiny arms. And dang, he's wearing a freaking apron!

I hate to admit but he's so sexy with that black apron on.

"Okay." 

Tumayo na ako at tatalikuran na sana siya.

"Wait. Where's my kiss?" he smirked boyishly

Tinignan ko siya ng masama. I pursed my lips to stop it from stretching.
