Kumalampag ang puso ko habang titig na titig kay Kai. I am literally trembling! I cannot believe this...

Is this really happening?

Did he seriously say he loves me?

"I-I don't know what to s-say..." pag-amin ko

"It's okay. I'm not pressuring you to say anything. I just want to let you know. And I'm serious, I want to make this real." malamyos niyang sinabi

He pressed my hand lightly as I remain unresponsive and entirely shocked. His lips slowly formed a sexy smile and dang it, mahihimatay na yata ako nang lumapit siya lalo sa'kin. His scent filled my nose as he wrap my petite body with his shoulders to envelope me with a warm hug. 

Pumikit ako nang maramdaman ang malambot niyang labi sa aking noo. I felt the waves of electrifying sensations inside me. Kinikilig ako, oo na! Mygod. Para akong bumalik sa pagka highschool!

And speaking of highschool... my teenage dream is coming true! Who would have thought that Khalil would actually confess to me like this. It didn't happen the time I wished it to. Kung kailan hindi na ako umasa, saka pa nangyari. Hindi ko alam kung pinaglalaruan ba ako ng tadhana o ano.

The memories I had before with him was bitter but maybe that happened for something. Something as meaningful as this.

Khalil slowly stood up. Hinila niya ako at niyakap ulit. Like he doesn't want to let go of me anymore.

"You're not kidding, right? Are you?"

I looked up to him. The sky's orange tint reflected in his eyes. Those were just so beautiful. I'm lost. Such a good place to get lost.

Masuyo siyang tumango. Hinigpitan niya pa lalo ang hawak sa aking bewang.

"Why? W-Why do you l-love me?" I weakly asked

He playfully creased his forehead as he watch me. I could feel his hands smoothly drawing small circles on my back, sending me shivers the nth time this day.

"Don't get me started with that question, sweetheart. I've got million reasons to love you."

My lips parted as my heart went even warmer. Ngumuso ako kase hindi ako makapaniwala sa isinagot niya! Damn. He's a charmer. And he's got a sweet tongue. He's making me so weak. Kung hindi niya lang siguro ako hawak, kanina pa ako natumba sa sobrang panghihina.

"I love how you love banana and sunflowers. I love your scent. I love the reflection of stars in your eyes. I love the way you pout, smile, frown and roll your eyes. I love the way you flip your hair. I love the way you close your eyes while singing. I love your voice. I love the way you talk to me. To other people. The way you shower our daughters with kisses. Everything." he smiled

I dropped my head when my eyes heated so bad. Before I knew it, nag-unahan na sa pagbagsak ang mga luha ko. Sa hiya, isinubsob ko ang mukha ko sa dibdib ni Kai.

I cannot believe he noticed and loved even the smallest things I do. Hearing it from him felt too good to be true. It's heartwarming and it's making me melt.

"How can I not love you when you have a soul as bright as stars?" he added

I pouted as hot tears kept rolling down my cheeks.

Stars. How can he compare my soul to stars? How can he say such words? 

I am flattered. Deeply flattered. Not just because his words are all overwhelming but because he's the one who's saying it. This is exactly why I'm feeling this way. Exactly why I'm reacting this way.
